Step 2: Take out the date recording disc and the old exhaust valve.（Take Out All Parts）
Step 3: Install the new exhaust valve.（Install ）

I love this coffee container. It keeps the coffee fresh and I like the scoop that comes with it. I just wish that they had put a handle on it so it would be easier to pick up. It is very nice looking and well made. It will easily hold a 1 lb bag of ground coffee.
