I bought the smallest size but it was still too big for a pug puppy-5 months old. It seemed ok quality but the dog got out of it easily so unless he gets way bigger, the muzzle probably will always be too big for it to be effective.

My Shih Tzu is a rescue with a history of biting. He has been required to wear a muzzle when going for grooming and vet visits. He does not seem to mind this muzzle at all. Goes on easily, fits perfectly, design does not block his eyes, and he can breath just fine. No panicking and I am sure it will function properly. I do not think he would be able to eat or drink but he won’t have it on that long.

This product is already an extra, extra small. When I put the mesh muzzle on snugly on my dog, he is still able to slide it off with his paws and legs.He probably needs more repetitions by adding a treat for leaving the muzzle on. Wish me good luck.

This fits well based on the sizing chart, easy to wash, the design and function work well for my Frenchie. The durability and value for the price make it a purchase I would buy again as well as recommend.

Purchased this because it doesn't go over the top of the eyes. IT WORKS BEST FOR A SHIH TZU (I have tried others). My dog is like a 3 year old, he gets into everything. He is like Mikey, eats anything and everything. So for his safety and my peace of mind he must look like Hannibal Exeter. I have given him any chances but to no avail, so now while outside this must be placed. He has gotten very sick from things he should not consume. So now he must wear "the mask". This design is good for a shih tzu. I purchased the small and Chance is 13 lbs. So yeah, this is the last "chance" for him, LOL.
