The durability of this product is absolutely horrible. We purchased and received it on February 2nd, but it didn’t last long at all. Despite our expectations, our pup was still able to loosen it easily and, at times, even managed to escape from it. This was very disappointing, as we were hoping for something much more secure and long-lasting.

Returned item as to large (medium size) for Cavalier King Charles spaniel. Reordered small size. Other than size item was well constructed and larger in eye size which is reason mussel was chosen. My dog does not like to have area under and in corner of eyes cleaned, and will try to bite when this is done..

My shihtzu doesn’t like to be messed with. This comes in handy for when I’m trimming his nails or cutting around his face.

Purchased an XL based on measurements but it's too large for his face. Going to return and order the medium as directed by the vet. Great quality item, fast shipping and dog didn't seem to mind the muzzle.

The muzzle works great, for french bull dogs. I bought 2. it fits better than the rubber long one, wich compresses their air waves. its flexible and easy to wash. The dog can also drink water while having the muzzle on. Also you feel way more secure having your pup around other dogs. the bad news is, they will try taking it off, but with correction, you'll be good.

My English bulldog has a 22 inch neck girth according to how you measure on the size chart. So, I chose XL, but the muzzle is far too small for him. The cut outs don't sit where they should. The cut out for the mouth and nose is too small, it's only big enough for his mouth. No way that the hole is big enough for his mouth AND nose.The muzzle itself arrived vacuum sealed in a little plastic bag. The instruction stated to rinse it, I'm not sure if it said to let it sit in water for a few hours, but I did. The smell was strong, and there was no way I was going to let my dog wear it until all the odors dissipated. The stitching is good, and the mesh is flexible. Wont survive if my dog ever gets a hold of it while I'm putting it on him though.Verdict: I wouldn't get this one again. Maybe if you have a smaller dog, or a different breed? My dogs are both English bulldogs and it didn't work for either of them. And I do have two other muzzles designed for snub nosed dogs that look similar to this, but both fit them.

My dog, being a pandemic puppy, is not yet socialized with everyone outside of the family yet. That being said, sometimes when we take him out, he barks at everyone and everything that moves which is inconvenient at times. When we don't have time to socialize with him, we put this muzzle on. This muzzle is perfect! The sizing is great - all we did was follow the sizing chart. Putting it on is a breeze and I don't have to worry about him hurting in the muzzle. The eyes and mouth holes are super soft so there's no need to worry about any rubbing.
