orderd purple and they sent red. the cover will not stay closed had to use pliers to fix, works ok, around 1 in 10 staples goes wanky.

It was broken after four months and only a few times.I seldom use it, only for stapling invoices and receipts, so thick paper is not the reason to break it.You can get cheap big ones in Dollarama, and maybe with a better or equivalent quality. Don't waste your money here.

DO NOT BUY! This is the worst piece of junk I have ever bought from AMAZON,After stapling just one item of 4 pages, the insides fell apart and even after trying to fix it, the unit would not even staple one piece of paper.I wish I could have given the rating a negative number.
