Nothing that I disliked. They are great for the price. Very easy to put together and voila the file folders are hung. I would really suggest though that you make sure of your measurements and then go and look up whether it’s letter or document size that you want. There’s a huge difference in size. These ones that I purchased are letter size and they fit perfectly. I did break off a bit just to see how easy it was to change the size. If you do need to change the size, break it in the grooved piece off FROM THE END AND NOT THE SIDE of the rail with a pair of pliers. If you go from the side, you will not be able to break it off!!! Snipping it off from the end , It was dead easy. They are not heavy duty but if you’ve got one of those spacers in your filing cabinet drawers, you’ll be just fine. Other than that, if you don’t over fill your files and load them up, they’ll work fine. I’m very 😀 with my purchase

I will take part of the blame for not confirming the length of the file frame. However, the long bars are made to be cut to size. Normally, you could bend the the bar back and forth until the "scored" part of the bar would snap. I tried to bend the bar at the end, then two guys in the office tried to get the bend started. Thankfully, we have a shop with torches, pipe benders and tin snips. These rods would not bend where scored. Once cut with tin snips, the bars were at the perfect length; it was easy to put the frame together. No other issues.

I inherited a heavy duty filing cabinet from the parents because my husband runs his own business and I needed a new filing cabinet. Unfortunately there were no hanging racks for the cabinet. I found these and they were so simple to assemble and you can adjust the length of them to fit various cabinets. I had my husband snap off the ends (there is an area on each side of the rack for you to make smaller to fit your cabinet), so it worked awesome! They are sturdy and hold lots of paper!

These are exactly as advertised. Simple to unfold and adjust to fit file drawers and a box. Incredible price, have held up so far fully extended and fully loaded. They aren't rigid enough to stand alone without risk of twisting and collapsing.

These are very sturdy and great for heavy files, but to assemble them you have to break off the metal at the end in order to fit it into the drawer or box you want. I was unable to easily do this with the use of pliers. It took a lot of effort and assistance to break of the metal ends.

I put these together and put them in my file cabinet. The last one didn't have the break away pieces so I haven't been able to use it. customer service told me to use snips. Tried that and a few other things and they don't want to break it, so I can't use it because it doesn't fit in my drawer. They are ok for the price, however it's hard to slide stuff over the "elbow", I really wish it had come in regular solid pieces. Like I said, ok for the money, but glad I didn't pay more for them
