after 15 years, the originals just started to crack. These fit perfectly and dare I say, better than the originals. Soft and comfortable. Careful of the other ones listed on Amazon, they are hard plastic.

I bought these as a backup once I started to see mine were starting to give out - the screw holes apparently do not align I guess based on the model of Aeron chair. It's past the return date, so now I have two useless pieces of plastic.

Affordable, comfortable, and easy to install. I've had my Aeron Miller for over 20 years and one of the arm rests was cracking. I like the chair a lot and I figured it would be easy to find a decent after market solution. This worked perfectly.

最近アーロンチェアクラシックを購入したのですがアームレストクッションが硬くてこちらを購入しました。純正品は公式サイト以外は怪しく高いのでお値段お手頃なこちらを購入した次第です。純正品のクラシックについていたものより柔らかく非常に満足です。ただやはり多少の荒さは目立つので外観を気にされる方はレザーカバーなど使われると外観もカッコよさを維持したまま利用できると思います。

オリジナルとは形が少し違うが、オリジナルより柔らかく肌当たりもいい気がする。届いた商品は写真のような箱では無く「Office Logix Shop」と書かれたジップロックみたいな袋に入っていた。

硬さは星3にしましたが、純正品と同じ硬さです。耐久性は1ヶ月使用では今のところ問題なしですが不明なので2にしました。

They are very comfortable and look great. Had to drill holes for screws to fit. Came out of package smelling awful had to wash them and soak in fabric cleaner.

These fit the Aeron perfectly, however the quality is not as good as the originals. First, the finish on the pads is shinier and slicker than the original, and the foam is significantly harder with very little give. Lastly there is excess plastic from the edge of the mold, which are not present on the OEM part. Considering that you can get the official replacements from Herman Miller for the same price on Amazon, I regret buying these and would recommend you stick with the official replacements considering the lack of quality combined with lack of any cost savings.

Great replacements which I've had on the chair for a few months now. The original ones had become gummy from a decade of use wearing away the vinyl coating. These were a perfect fit with the same comfort as the originals when they were new. They are holding up nicely and have made the chair like new.

Perfect replacement fit for my aging Herman Miller Aeron. Two screws out, replaced, two screws in... chair looks like new. I want to get the headrest extension at some point for an add-on. This is the best office chair I've ever owned (4yrs in now) and other than the original armrests wearing out (pleather-like material) chair is as solid as day one.

They fit perfectly and are comfortable. They seem slightly different that the originals but I am comparing against 14 year old ones so I forget what they were like new. With these new arm rests, I am happy to use this chair for a few more years at least.
