When working, the chair was just fine. After a couple of weeks of use, the chair cylinder started to fail. It would fall, a little at a time, over and over until it was down to the bottom setting. It could be a defective cylinder, but the 1 star comes from the lack of customer service. I tried contacting them, and they are either not very responsive or have not responded.

Great quality and value. Very comfy Chair, nice support on my head and neck when I lean back. I won't feel a backache after sitting for a long time It has perfect lumber support. Installation was easy. The chair is heavy, strong, good quality, large and made out of smooth leather, the wheels are excellent. I can lift up the arm; I am very happy with this chair.

I recently purchased this office chair, and I couldn't be happier! Not only was it incredibly comfortable, providing excellent support during long hours of work, but the customer service experience was top-notch as well. I am a big guy so needed a strong chair. This one is not only strong but has big wheels which are very easy use when on think carpet. Assembly was pretty easy took me like 30 mins to get everything going. Another cool feature in this chair is that it has back support which can be adjusted to your needs which is something new for me.

This chair is very comfy and very soft. I ideally sits for around 4-5 hours for my work. Ease of assembly and very sturdy.

Just put this together, very simple. This chair is comfortable and fits perfectly with my home office desk. My old chair gave me neck and shoulder pain, and I can tell already this chair has eliminated that issue. It is comfortable and the lumbar adjustment is great.Well one week into using this chair. It is very comfortable but now sometimes when I sit in it, it drops all the way down and I have pull the lever to get it back to height. This is not going to work for me and I can imagine it will only continue to get worse the more I use it.

I've had this chair for almost two weeks. I use daily for 8-10 hours, the comfort and lumbar support was better than I expected. I was having chronic back pain from my previous chair and since this purchase it has subsided. The chair is large enough to sit cross cross style, I'm 5'5. The chair is easier to assemble with two people but would be possible to do alone. The color is unique and matched what I was looking for. The material is super soft. It is on the larger size if you are looking for a small chair this wouldn't be a great match. It was a little more than I had originally wanted to spend but I'm glad that I did becUse it's a great value for the cost.

I purchased this chair to work comfortably at my desk by pushing back the arms and rolling underneath the desk. The expanding Lumbar support is awesome. It allows short people (like me) to sit comfortably and not compromise posture. The wheels are really smooth, and I can navigate around the office in my chair, working more efficiently. Excellent design.
