These seem to be high quality locking clamps for piercing. However, I feel like I have pretty standard sized ears and even on the widest lock, it was painfully tight. We ended up not using it at all

We pierced noses with them and everything was great except locking feature. We just had to hold with one hand or let someone else and pierce

The edges were extremely rough and sharp at some points, and difficult to clamp and unclamp.

Exactly as shown, put into my autoclave immediately ((they don’t come sterilized so you should definitely sterilize them upon receiving these prior to use)) very happy with them and can’t wait to get back into doing piercings again!!

These are good 6" Mini Sponge Body Piercing Forceps at a really good price and they work great and lock good with no slippage.
