I use these to help with stitches that are not easily maneuvered through the sewing machine. It is a god send, it has become by third hand with skinny fingers, lol.

The tweezers are made of metal (unknown) so they're sturdy enough. They are a bit hard to lock and unlock the locking mechanism. I think probably because of the type of metal used. They work and for the price, you can't expect surgical precision.
