I was searching the market for agitators for hand washing clothes and all I could find was plastic agitators which were more expensive than this. I bought this because it was made out of metal (and wood). I don’t regret it! Works great as a clothing agitator. I use it to pre wash cloth diapers. The handle. Is also long enough so I don’t splash myself. I know I am not using this product as intended it but it does work well for hand washing clothes.

I bought this for my granddaughter as a wedding gift. When it came, I was shocked at how big it was! Heavy duty and like a small baseball bat. I jokingly told my granddaughter that it could double as defense club if someone broke into her house! It should last her a life time! I want one now!!
