It is disappointing that the remotes are listed as compatible with 4D0837231E, when they are not compatible. While programming with VCDS and using measuring block 007, the lock module can detect and report remote signals even by remotes not paired. These remotes do NOT generate a compatible signal.One of the remotes had also been forcefully pried open with the plastic marred by a screwdriver and was missing the batteries. Clearly there is no QC on returns.

I couldn’t program to vehicle (Audi TT 2004). While the FOB may look the same the version has to match the last letter of an original FOB in order to program.
