Received the item, and one of the brackets were damaged; however, the seller was very responsive and immediately sent a replacement part.Slides were easy to install and work well. It would be nice to have one extra screw per slide to fix the plastic mounting device to the bottom of the drawer. It would just provide a little extra security - especially for larger drawers.

I was replacing old sliders with these ones. Since I already had screw holes and placement from the old sliders it was basically a drop in replacement. The instructions this comes with are pretty minimal. Eg. if you don’t know how to install sliders or are doing it for the first time you will need to reference other sources like YouTube. Don’t expect to find that here.The slider quality is decent. They close nicely. Very quiet. However I can hear a spring during open and close that I would not expect to hear from a quality product. Could be better in that regard.

ordered a set of 6 pairs of drawer slides, but one right side slide was missing from the order. Went ahead and installed the other five pairs. Very satisfied with the slides overall. In fact, I've even placed another order for an additional 6 pairs of slides. Its a great product and great value. But in regards to my original order, the 6th pair is useless without the right hand slide.After contacting customer service, they promptly sent an additional pair of slides. Very satisfied with the product qulaity, overall value, and customer service.

I made a sliding music tray for my practice studio. To insure that I met the tolerances required for a close fit, I first made a simple mock-up that matched the cabinet opening. The installation instructions were written to accommodate an overlayed drawer front, but I wanted to make mine flush. This was fairly straight-forward, but I had to add a spacer block for the drawer attachment mechanism. Overall I am satisfied with the result. This is a good product at a fair price.

I purchased a pair of OCG 21" slides to replace a broken pair on my kitchen drawer. Upon installation, the drawer was hard to open and would not fully close when I tried to close it. I checked the level and alignment and was level and parallel with the inside of the cabinet. I am not a professional but have replaced slides before on other drawers satisfactorily. I sent an email via Amazon complaining about the hard operation and the vendor's response was that I needed to describe the problem in more detail. I did not respond because I wanted my drawer back in operation and not have to go back and forth describing the issue with the vendor for a replacement. I purchased another pair from different manufacturer (Reguda) and installed it satisfactorily. When I removed the OCG slides, I found that they are hard to open even when they are not attached to the drawer and does not fully close. I will not buy the OCG slides again.

I purchase a 6-pack of these slides to install in cabinets I was building. When I opened the package I found there was very little padding to protect the slides and one was damaged. The plastic bearing holders had broken and were loose in the individual package. I emailed the company with pictures and within a day received a response and an offer to send a replacement that I received. The slide installs very easily. Directions are metric but tolerable. So far they are working very well for me.

Unless you have tons of experience with cabinets, drawers and drawer slides stay away. One of the slides delivered to me was defective; there was a chunk of plastic missing and the soft close jammed here every time it was activated. I tried valiantly to get OCG to send me a new one and not delay my project but they would not. They wanted me to package it back up and take it to UPS for shipment back to them and then they would give me a refund. My time and my gas and minimum 2 weeks for processing and then I would have to order another one i.e. more time. I managed to get it functional - again, my time - by installing a screw on top to hold the rail down. You can see it in the photo; It does work now, but who knows for how long. OCG said it must have been damaged by the shipper, but no, not true. Two of four of the plastic pieces at the end of the slides broke, I have no idea how or why or if this is a problem. One of the adjusters literally fell apart in my hand while I was adjusting it. Luckily it snapped back together. I don't know what it is about these slides as they do work (after I fixed the one) but they don't feel good. Do yourself a favor and buy some from from Ikea or whoever. You will be happier.

Well made heavy slides. Very smooth operating and soft close. I give them 5 stars on easy install even though my install was about a 5 on difficulty. My cabinets were not made for under-mount slides so I had a lot of chisel work to do. Once resizing the opening installation was easy. I installed and removed the first drawer several times while test fitting and broke one of the latches that hold the slide to the drawer. It took some force to break it. I contacted customer service, told them that I broke it, and heard back quickly the same day. They requested my Amazon order number. After sending the order number I got an immediate response saying they would ship a replacement part. They have since contacted me saying that they sent 2 replacement sets so I would have a spare and I should have them in about 7 days as they ship from China. Excellent customer service!
