These can be tricky to install if the inside of your cabinets aren’t compatible. And, they need to be perfectly aligned to work correctly. That said, I added some blocking and made it work. And we love it! Just give your drawers a solid push and they close softly. Installation is not for the average person, you’ll need to be handy.

I just finished installing these (2) on a very large and heavy silverware drawer. There were a couple issues one-the little tab on a couple of the closer’s were broken off. Two- there is a space between my existing drawer slides. I had to install a wood spacer to attach the new soft close brackets. Working good so far, we will see how they do over time.

Received the product but when I check how my drawers in the cabinets and found the runners did not run along the side of the cabinets but inside the drawer opening. There was a 5/8 of an inch gap between the side of the cabinets and the runner. Used wood to fill the gap. Installation of hardware was easy but recommend using two adapters for heavy and over size drawers. The heavy drawers (using a single adapter) do slam but don't always close completely but nothing an extra push doesn't fix.

Good product. Easy to install. Works well. If you have small light drawers, you can use only one side.For everything else, use it on both sides in order to work properly

This was the most perfect alternative to replacing my existing drawer glides. The only uneasy feeling about it was having to mount the actuating part real close to the top of the drawer, which is not a fault of the product, just my original drawer glides position on the side of the drawer. Had they have been lower, this would have been easy. If you have shallow drawers with the glides or tracks at the middle of the side of the drawer, then this might not be for you. You only have to put one of these on each drawer, right or left side and it is easy. One screw mounts the soft closer mechanism, if the side of the cabinet is right next to the drawer glide you can put a second screw in the back of the closer, and two screws for the actuator part, done! This is the perfect alternative to the much more complicated process of changing out the entire set of drawer glides unless you can perfectly install a single under drawer self closer. For me this was an easy alternative to the ultimate process. I recall doing 4 drawers in an hour or less taking my time and being accurate with the actuator positioning. If you are hesitant about the ultimate which you should be, this is you answer, and no more slamming drawers!

Didn't want to spend too much money nor time upgrading our epoxy slide drawer glides to soft close ones. Happened upon these after watching a youtube video and decided to give them a try. Although most of the adapter guide tabs were broken off, I still managed to sit the adapter in the correct location for pre-drilling. Installation was moderately difficult due to our cabinet setup. After watching some videos on how to troubleshoot my issue, I got them installed securely. Only drawback is opening drawers require a little more oomph than desired, but they sure close softly without a problem! I'm a 60+ yo woman who managed to install them successfully, so anyone else can do it! Nice alternative for an easy upgrade.

Ordered 2 then another 4 and sadly a month latter one has broken.If you pull the draw a bit too fast they fail to operate.How one broke I don’t know?For the cost I won’t bother buying anymore.

The installation was very simple - and they work okay, enough. I have two issues. First, the mechanism is engaged as you open the drawer, but sometimes the mechanism "skips" (especially if the drawer is not loaded very heavy) and does not engage so you have to pull the drawer out to manually engage the mechanism. Second, the soft close does not engage until the drawer is almost completely closed (about 3 inches from being fully closed). For the cost, these are okay - but really didn't give me the results I as hoping for - so I will use these for now, and then I will replace the rails with actual soft close rails. I guess that is what I get for trying to find an easy solution.
