I have been a professional dog groomer for 10+ years and I am obsessed with this brand. All of their shampoos and conditioners not only smell AMAZING, but leave any dog I have used it on so soft and clean. The oatmeal conditioner in particular really makes those dry, rough coats nice and soft as well as helps with getting undercoat out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

It isn’t very concentrated and pretty watery. The 12:1 ratio with water made it even more thin. Nothing crazy

After diluting this, I thought it was too watery to work, but it's amazing! His coat is shinier and softer too! It's good stuff!

Only thing I can compare the smell to is Brazilian bumbum cream. Scent lasts a while and dogs feel great afterwards.
