Had a messed up flange. One side broke off and the other side was sticking upward, basically frozen in place from probably two decades of being like that. So I cut that end off too. I have a tile floor on slab so used my rotary hammer to blue screw this thing in place right over the top. I used some washers as spacers underneath the screws to lift this off the floor enough for the toilet bolts to slip in. This was a cheap option and I was skeptical but it worked like an absolute charm.

My parents toilet flange ring was old and damaged so I ordered this item. This flange repair ring was easy to install. Rather than replacing the entire toilet flange this is a great alternative. The quality is good for the price.

I was missing about a 1/4 of my flange after I found it snapped off. There also wasnt cement underneath the flange to fasten it to. I used the ample holes to screw and secure it to the remaining flange. Since it doesn't have to support much or any weight, I wasn't worried about the overhang. I used stainless screws i had around. Since I was missing so much of my flange it didn't make any sense to use silicone either as part of the repair plate was exposed under the broken off flange anyesy. All I needed to do was add a wax gasket and press. Easy and install and fix. It seems quite sturdy and came with nice new brass bolts and covers.

This is an amazing product for the value of money. It seals great and have had no leaks since replacing my toilets last week. The only bad thing I'd have to say is how long it took for me too get receive this in the mail.
