There are 3 grooves on the clamp to adjust the distance between the fixed workpiece, and the thickness of the clamped workpiece. The clamp can hold materials up to 30 mm thick.

Rubber pads
Rubber pads on each end of the clamp bars to prevent slipping and any potential damage to a workpiece.
Adjustable Pivot
When fixing the workpiece, through the adjustment of Adjustable Pivot, the knob and T-bolt can maintain 90 degrees perpendicular to the t-track when force is applied.

Hold down clamp is made of plastic, when accidentally contacting the cutter, it will not damage the cutter, nor will it damage the router bit and saw blade or an expensive machine.

Most of the T-clamps out there have flanges too wide. This one fits perfectly on the clone mills from China.

was not wide enough to secure in my Delta table saw T-slot, so I pulled bolts from extras I had lying around. Now, they work great and hold well. The rubber feet are the key, and the rocker assembly offers real versatility for holding one piece of lumber on each side of the rocker. Good value, and I would purchase it again.

I finally installed some t-track in my bench so I could try these out. They work great. There are three settings to suit your needs. The knobs allow you to assert sufficient pressure to hold things down. There are also rubber feet that seem not to mar the workpiece.
