This dipping fork works well for small items in still chocolate. If you're dipping from a moving tempering machine the fork is too narrow and the handle is too long, you have to choke up a lot for more control. I'd prefer a wider fork for dipping larger items (oreos, rice krispies treats, and graham crackers) and shorter handle.

It's a mini dipper. It's harder to use because it's so small. If you have anything very large this one doesn't work very well.

You get your money worth. Could be more sturdy. A little on the small side. Can be worked with though.
