We wet the cloth and put it in the freezer for our puppy. He really loves it whether it's frozen or not. Very durable as well and worth the money.

My 18 week old teething lab puppy absolutely loved this. I soaked it in water, then froze. Cold toy seemed to soothe sore mouth, and texture kept his attention/interest in the toy.

Great value for price. Durability with the towel part could be better as our puppy tore it to shreds. Puppy does like it when it is cold rather then not.

I bought this for my daughter's puppy,the puppy was chewing on item's even my daughter's hand. You know how baby teeth can be on an animal they hurt.But the minute the dog got it he just loves it. The freezing option makes it a good one too because majority of the time animals as well as babies like chewing on cold items because it helps their gums. Good item!!!.Thank you

It seems to be great for teething, but Archie (my 5 mth old mini poodle) snubbed it. It's a good size for a puppy that is at least 7lbs. Quality seems decent too imo
