Upgraded from name brand , had a 4qt round basket and it had its limitations , this has 2 4.4 qt rectanglebaskets and a viewing window , auto flip reminder , awesome touch display screen , loving it , tried to register for the 5 yr warranty but those things never work just suck all your info then malfunction , I’m used to it these days. Other than that it’s great.

Loved the unit and how well it worked but that didn’t last long. Power button went out after about 6 times using the air fryer. Didn’t have enough confidence in a replacement unit as this one went out so quick.Only hope I can get my refund. It’s been 8 days and still have not received refund.

I've used this air fryer for a while now. I obviously got a good one because it does the job perfectly. Easy to use and a nice looking unit. Fortunately, I've not experienced the issues that others have had. We'll see how long it lasts but so far, it works great and I'm really happy with it.

The no-stick coating comes off in specks but unit works fine. I can't find replacement grill pans.

It have been using an air fryer now for 4 years and I use it 4-5 times a week. It's my main cooking method. recently I decided was time to upgrade to dual basket. My other was too small to do 2 separate items. I selected the Nutrichef because I do have a Nutrichef Halogen air fryer I use as well. Used this one from day 1 and I totally love it! Cooks evenly and luv the viewing windows. Controls are simple. Does as great job.The only issue I had was the packaging. Was way too snug . I could not get it out unless I ripped both boxes. I didn't like that as I always keep boxes in case of having to return.
