iâll start by saying that my delivery driver inexplicably tossed this heavy machine over a 6 foot fence onto the concrete, and it still works! it takes about 40 minutes to make a batch of ice, but itâs way faster than my freezer can do it, and it makes perfect chewy little nuggets. it isnât loud at all, just a soft hum and falling pebbles of ice. this has already helped me drink so much more water, i am so happy i finally purchased it. the instructions arenât very clear about how to turn off the machine. i called the manufacturer and confirmed it is okay to unplug the machine mid-cycle if you have to leave the house before itâs finished. i always unplug it after it goes through the cycle as well.

This machine has gotten me to drink a gallon of water a day simply because of the chewable ice. Takes up a very small space & makes ice fast

Extremely pleased with this countertop ice maker. I was nervous that it was not going to live up to my expectations. I use it everyday and am very happy with it. It is not loud and fits perfectly under my cabinet. Easy to drain and clean. Would highly recommend!

Makes ice quick and keeps longer than expected does stop up quick but label says to shake basket every 20minutes. Good product.

The ice maker makes ice in minutes and continues to make ice as long as the reservoir is filled with water and ice is being used. Ice not scooped out eventually melts back into the reservoir. The ice maker is noisy as it is making ice, and if I didn't like the ice so well, I would have returned it because of the noise. (I unplug it if it interfers with conversations or the television). I hope it lasts more than one year so I will feel the purchase was worth the price (and noise). This type of ice maker will get better and quieter as more people buy them.

Great ice machine. I looked at many different ones before purchasing. I like the size of the machine which is about the size of my larger pod coffee maker. It makes a few strange noises when itâs working but nothing loud or too annoying. I love the Sonic kind of ice. I only use spring water in it.

I have purchased 2 countertop ice machines in the past. This particular product has much to be desired. This is the first nugget ice maker I purchased. The size of the ice is wonderful. The machine releases one to 3 cubes every few seconds. By the time they reach the bucket, the ice is already melting. It definitely takes a very long time to fill 1 bucket. I put 4 ice cubes from my other ice machine to show the difference in size. As you can see in the picture the bucket is very wet. No happy at all.
