Unique Combo Sony Charger Power BankComes with a charging case with four slots, 2 for BX1 and 2 for FZ100 or FW50. The case also has its own internal battery, There's also a USB-C to USB-C cable, easy-to-understand instructions, and a very useful app. The LED display is color-coded and provides useful information.I tested using an FZ100 and the iOS version of the app.I was able to charge a single FZ100 battery within the spec'd two-hour time. The internal battery of the charger will charge the battery. It will report the percentage of the battery being charged as well as the percentage of charge available from its internal battery. It also reports whether the internal battery is being used as output, such as when charging a battery or being used as a power bank, or input when the charger itself is being charged.It has good value as a power bank keeping in mind there's only a USB-C out but that's certainly enough to be used to charge one's phone or perhaps other devices within its 5V, 2.4A, 12W output.The App adds some useful flexibility including enabling/disabling Quick Charge, prioritizing charging the built-in battery when also charging additional batteries, the interface Beep on/off, a Find My beep in case you buried or misplaced the charger, and a Disable Battery Care feature which will stop charging at 80% to prolong the battery life. There's also a USB-C PD Watt/Voltage display, Battery temperature, and Cycles. Each batter and the charger itself show the current percentage as well.That it can charge the supported Sony batteries using its internal battery as well as function as a power bank makes this an interesting find.

This is truly universal charger, as it has multiple slots to re-charge three types of Sony batteries. (Note: I only use FW50 and FZ100, so can't comment on BX1.) As a bonus it has a battery pack inside, so you can use it to re-charge batteries when you can't use power socket. Or use it as a power bank for your phone, or COB light...The packaging and user manual are good, with clear instructions. There's an app to download to set additional features (beeping, notifications), on an iPhone the app is stable and has simple UI.The charger itself is smaller than I was expecting, given the capacity and internal battery. Great feature is the screen on the front that quickly tells you what batteries are inside, and what's the charge status. Regarding battery slots, the FW50 and FZ100 slots are using the same space, so you can't put there 2 FW50 and two FZ100 all at the same time, unfortunately. But I was not even expecting that. So my common setup is one FW50 and one FZ100, and the other ones in the cameras. The app also has “find me” feature that makes the charger beep, that’s also useful if you have lots of gear at home, at multiple places, and you are in a hurry before a trip… certainly makes it easier to find the charger :-).The product is very well made, the tiny display is very contrasty and clear. The feeling of the product is "premium" rather than "average", down to every detail, including the well made instructions. Only the app looks more amateurish, but it gets the job done.If there's anything to criticise it's only the fact that the charger is not very fast. It took over an hour to fully charge my two NP-FW50 batteries from approx 20 % to full. On the other hand, at least you see the progress in your mobile app. That's also useful when the charger is in your backpack, to just quickly learn about the status of your batteries without the need to take it out.This charger is especially great for us who have two Sony bodies with the two types of batteries, FW50 and FZ100... I still travel with my Sony A7 as a backup body, and the A7C already uses the newer FZ100 battery, so one charger that can charge them both is a big help. And this one even has a backup internal battery for re-charging out of the reach of the power grid, and has a good app to quickly find out about the status of charge, so even if you re-charge batteries for example in your backpack, while shooting with the charged batteries, you can quickly learn about the charge status.Big positive surprise, and big recommendation from me.

I ran an initial test on this using both a partially discharged and fully discharged battery to see if it prioritised one over the other, it does seem to charge the partial battery quicker though neither could be considered fast.I was concerned at how much heat is generated when charging and couldn't decide if this was down to the charger or the third party batteries I chose Ito use, either way at this point in time I would not feel comfortable leaving this alone to charge whilst I was elsewhere.It did charge both batteries after about 2 hours and the heat never got to the point that I felt the need to unplug it, but it is something I will continue to monitor for the time being.I got this product for free through the Amazon Vine program. Just so you know, my reviews are always honest and unbiased, no matter what. I only share my personal experience with the products I try. If I have anything new to say, I’ll definitely update this review!

LIMETA 10000mAh Camera Battery Charger – ReviewThis camera battery charger is well made, it is made entirely of plastic but feels rigid and on my unit, I had no flexing or quality issues. The little LCD screen is a useful feature and provides information about the charging % of the batteries. The charge allows you to charge two batteries simultaneously. In my testing with an NP-FW50 battery, it took around 2 hours to charge which is reasonable.For £59.99, at the time of review, this is a fair price for a dual battery charger like this. This gets 4/5 stars… if the charging was a little faster, It would get 5 stars.

Buscaba algo así para no tener que ir con la powerbank y el cargador de baterias. Esto es un 2x1. De momento en las pruebas me da para cargar casi baterias totalmente 2 baterias de Sony a7-iv con la carga de la caja.Con el cable usb-c puedes conectarlo a un cargador y cargar hasta 4 baterias (2 de las grandes y otras dos de la pequeñas de sony)La pantalla led de delante te permite ver como esta de carga tanto la bateria como el cargador...De momento contento

I love this, fixes a huge issue. Perfect for the winter months when it’s a lot colder, this will keep the batteries warmer and absolutely functional when on a mountain in freezing temperatures. Works fine when it’s not so cold too, a game changer!

Update:This charger no longer charges my FW50s. The screen works, and shows the charge state of the batteries, which stays the same or sometimes fluctuates within a single digit of charge, such as 29% - 28% - 29%. The same batteries charge on my other chargers, and this charger will show their newly charged state.Disappointing that this no longer works.Original:This is pretty useful for me so I can have more options for charging. It is a bit bulky if you only need to charge one kind of battery, though, because of all the extra space need to accommodate different battery types. Even so, this has expanded how many batteries I can charge at one time as a supplement to my other chargers. So far I'm happy with this order.
