These batteries last longer than the original. They charge fast and hold a charge for a long time. Have been using these batteries for 3 years with no issues.

Bought these for my older Hero 3 and they fit well and gave me some extra time for filming as I could exchange them as the original battery was empty. They do not give the same battery life and I noticed about a 20% less life when filming with the same settings. Okay for what I needed it for but not exceptional

The batteries don't run out soon and are a great help while recording for longer periods. Charger charges the batteries at a decently quick pace. I recommend you to buy it if you're looking for an extra set of batteries.

Ma il caricabatterie e scomodo da utilizzare rispetto altri caricabatterie in commercio su amazon.La spina tende a scollegarsi sia per il peso che per il suo attacco, e l'adattatore da accendisigari non è molto robusto.Ottime le batterie.

Je tiens à préciser tout d'abord que ces batteries sont compatibles avec ma HERO3+ BLACK EDITION. Le boitier du chargeur possède une connexion secteur type américain escamotable mais est livré avec un petit adaptateur pour nos prises. Pour les voyageurs, outre le brochage de prise, l'alimentation est marquée 100/240V 50/60Hz: c'est bien pratique en Amérique du Sud. Le colis comprend aussi un connecteur pour allume-cigare muni d'une petite jack pour le boitier. Livré avec 2 batteries Li-ion 3,7v 1200 mA 4,4 Wh

I was shocked at how quickly the battery drained on my Hero 3+ black with the LCD BacPac attached, and thankful that I had planned ahead and purchased one of these battery charger kits. The charger itself is small and lightweight, and I like that the power prongs fold up into the unit for travel. Feels a little flimsy because of its minimal weight, but I think it will hold up with some careful packing. Definitely wouldn't throw it unprotected into a bag of gear, though, as I'm pretty sure it would shorten its life. The batteries work great, and seem to last as long as the original. I've labeled each of my batteries with a number, so I always know which one to swap out. Haven't used the international adaptor yet (can't wait!), or the 12 volt car adaptor, so can't comment on these, but nice to know I have them. Oh, and the price is definitely right!

Good batteries and good price. When I first got my gopro, it had the hardware issues that prevented it from charging the battery over usb as it was supposed to do. So I had no way to recharge the battery until I bought this. Even with the gopro problem fixed through firmware, it still charges slower using the camera's usb than when using this charger, and the camera sucks them dry fast enough that I'd want a couple spare batteries anyway. It might be my imagination, but I think this charges them more completely, too. (And yes, you can definitely charge the original gopro battery in this charger. You might argue the exact charge capacity, but for charging and discharging purposes, the specs are the same, and it's been working fine for me.)I get very similar battery life with each of these as with the original gopro battery -- right around one hour of HD video, with wifi turned off. (I have usually shot either 1080p/60fps or 2.7K/30fps.)Charger works great. Still takes probably 3-4 hours to charge (that's just a rough estimate; I haven't timed it), but having both the AC and the DC (car adapter) options is very nice. I like they way the implement that, similar to many of their other chargers -- a built-in fold-out AC plug, and a jack to plug in the DC adapter.I'd actually only give this 4.5 stars, since it doesn't give any longer than the original gopro battery, but it still equals the original battery, and it's not enough in my book to warrant docking them a whole star.

This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. It's a good product at a great price. My only problem, and the reason I gave it 4 stars, is with the quality.Unit comes with 2 batteries, a wall charger (european plug adapter), and cigarette lighter adapter. A lot of stuff for the price.The charge last longer than the standard GoPro battery for the Hero 3. This is expected due to the greater charge capacity, 1200mAh, vs 1050mAh of the GoPro standard battery.Why 4 stars?....The quality has a few issues. The plastic material the unit is made out of feels very cheap. This is not a deal breaker. A little more irritating is the pull tab to remove the battery from the charger and camera. The pull tab is very flimsy and not taped well to the battery. I have already pulled the tab off of one of the batteries after the first use. Again, this is not a deal breaker. A little tape or a little glue will fix it permanently. Just wished it was made a little sturdier from the beginning.Pros: Price, Charge Capacity, Charging Options, PriceCons: Flimsy Plastic, Poor Pull Tabs (Thus the reason behind 4 stars)Overall I am happy with this product.
