First 30 minutes, worked beautifully.. Next 10 minutes, died. Battery showing full charge. Tried starting blower every 5-10 minutes, nothing. Tried the next day, nothing with full battery charge again. Very disappointed in this new purchase. Called customer service, left a message. Also, emailed. No reply. It's been four days. Paper says Do Not Return, to call number. I suspect the power switch. It has snowed twice since down blower. Calling again.

So much better than my 125cc 4 stroke gas snow blower. Granted it’s a bit plasticky, the 58v motor is powerful. It’s able to throw wet snow and sturdy enough for some ice. The auger is rubber with steel brace and is very forgiving. The assembly instructions might as well be in Chinese but the design is simple enough to figure out. The 58v 5A battery charges fast and lasts around 30 minutes. Unfortunately there is no replacement sold on Amazon so you’re stuck with one battery. They say the battery has a BMS and able to balance its cells. It even has a cooling fan. There are 2 speeds but the low speed is great for wet snow. The chute is easily adjustable too with a handle mounted lever. I would highly recommend getting extended warranty since there are no replacement parts and the battery cost 2/3 of the price of this unit.

DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF CRAP! This unit broke down after 20 minutes of operation on 3 inches of snow. The battery is worth more than this item, because the battery was still fully charged. Unit started smoking 20 minutes after start up and died right then and there. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere for a better snow blower, don't throw your money away the way I did. If I could have given Negative 5 stars I would have.

The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the instructions they give you to assemble it are very hard to read. Plus there’s one place with the handle that 1 part is shown in the wrong place. What is super wonderful is their customer service. They are very helpful so call them if you have any problems or questions. Unfortunately, my sidewalk is not smooth. The pavement has stones that sometimes are above the concrete and the snow blower will pick them up and catapult them. Not the machines fault. Just telling you in case whatever you are clearing is like that. It works wonderful on smooth surfaces. All in all, it’s very well made. If you are clearing a smooth area, this would be great for you.

Ordered to prepare for snow and received it very quickly. Very easy to set up. Short charging time for the battery and was able to test it out, started up just fine. Now just waiting for snow.
