These grabbers come in handy all over house and garage. We fetch items under tables and desks, the bed and dresser. We now have one in each room, as we age and need to be careful in bending over and reaching for items.It's very convenient an my PT therapist uses this type in recovery regimes. I'm glad I bought one and then got one for my sister. I highly recommend getting this specific grabber for use for your life usage.

I have purchased a lot of different grabbers in the last 18 months. Most others have broken within 6 months from the cables inside breaking. This grabber has lasted, the only think that broke on one was the little hook after running it over with my wheelchair.

I have a short and long grabber in nearly every room. These grabbers are strong for heavier things, but works well for ligher things and especially good for small items.

I have been physically challenged due to serious Spinal Problems for over 50 years. I can't pick up things from the ground. I have tried different Reacher (by different manufacturer) in the market for the past 25 years! I felt it is important to share my experiences with the ones needing a reacher for themselves (or elder family members).In my experiences with various reachers, I found these Nova Reachers to be the best in every category! In fact, I have about 8 of these Nova Reacher, one in every corner of my Apt. They last forever. I have NOT had a need to replace any of them! I also have one in my car.I highly recommend these Reachers.

I bought this a few years back, worked great and had great precision for paper. The hook is really handy for hanging it from the cupboards for easy use. Took over a year of steady use before getting loose. Still works and I would buy again.

Note quite as sturdy as I had hoped for the price ... but works well, I have a feeling I will have to be replacing it sooner rather than later.

I herniated a disk. This grabber is amazing. I have bought and returned a few others. The only thing wrong with it is that it is really short even for me (I'm 5 feet) and I bought it because I can't bend down. Other than that, it really picks anything up. The rubber edges help in a way other grabbers don't. I highly recommend this item. And the price point is amazing for the value.

Very useful product! Makes picking things up easy since my back is so bad. Even helps get stuff down out of the cupboard because I am so short. My mom is finding hers useful for aiding in dressing (pulling up pants, etc.)

Finally I found a reacher that I can use to do my laundry. I can pick up all kinds of things with the Dragon Reacher. The Dragon Reacher is very well constructed and very easy to use.

Wanted a reacher that could handle heavy soup cans, etc. The listing weight description sounded OK. Unfortunately, the gripping end was MUCH too bulky and could not get around the cans when stacked side by side. In other words, cans would have to have a lot of space between for this to work. Also, the handle was very bulky and uncomfortable. Being in line with gripper part made it very hard to maneuver. When I tried it out, I had to try to scoot the can over so thick gripper could get in past the other cans. When I eventually got the gripper around the can, the 'angling' of the handle made it difficult to get the can off the shelf. The can slipped out and dropped, first on top of the printer lid on my kitchen table, then on my bare foot - very painful!! So, RETURNED IT.
