The price is good but the pan isn't completely non-stick, even if i butter it. Also, the nonstick coating is starting to peel off, which is really not good.

Professional grade popover pan with very durable non stick coating. I am a fan of good popovers and make them often. Pan can be pre heated without fear and popovers rise up out of the cups as they should during baking. They slip out of the cups easily and the pan cleans up like a dream. It arrived in two days with Prime and I recommend this item and seller to others. I will definitely buy again.

I have had an old popover pan from Baker's Edge for over 20 years which works beautifully but I wanted a new one so I could make 12 at one time. I couldn't find that brand so I ordered this one. It stated in the description it was 2.5 inches deep which is exactly what I have. I was so excited to find it I order one for me and two each for my daughter and a friend. I didn't open them until I went to wrap the ones I was giving as a gift. I was very disappointed to find out they are only 2 inches deep and I am six days past the "30 day return" period so I am stuck with them. I haven't used them yet so I don't know how they will work but they won't be able to rise as high as the one I have now.

Purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas, his mother is from Norway and apparently they make popovers all the time. He loves this pan! He has made them as a breakfast popover and dinner rolls adding cheese and spices. They are amazing, come out of the pan easily and clean-up is virtually non-existent. I believe it came with a recipie on how to make them but I'm not sure because my boyfriend wont let me make any!

I really wouldn't recommend this product because when I bake something I usually do it often and this was great the first couple times but the Teflon comes off easily and once that happens everything sticks. It would have worked better without the Teflon. Also the Teflon flakes onto the popovers ... I almost feel the next time I use it I will have to put muffin papers in the bottom ... It was not something I thought would be reusable for a long time coming but I really don't want to use it again ... coating is cheap.

Very easy to clean. If you preheat the pan, it does a good job at producing huge, fluffy popovers. But it's a bit difficult to manipulate the hot, preheated pan due to the lack of a handle. Baking hint: don't open the oven door for the first 15 minutes of baking, or the popover may fall.

I received this and used it 6 times over the Thanksgiving holiday. Tried a couple of different recipes and they all turned out great. I had just a little sticking on 2 out of my first batch because I did not oil the cups much and had added cheese cubes that made the popovers spill out onto the edges. Where the cheese was touching the edges, since they cook so long (40 minutes), the cheese cooked to the point where it was very dark and was no longer gooey, so it stuck. I found that after leaving the pan alone for an hour or so to let it cool well, the burned on cheese popped off with just a bit of pressure. Then, perfectly clean cups, again! Made sure on future batches, to oil the cups and never had another problem. My popovers turned out nicely browned on the outside and tender on the inside. Be sure to make a slit it the top of the popovers to let the steam escape after taking them out of the oven. This helps them keep their shape. I had leftovers the next day for breakfast. Just stuck them into the microwave for a few seconds to warm up and they were great. Try adding some parmesan cheese and complimentary herbs. They make a great cold snack. Love the pan. Use a mild, non metallic scouring pad with soap to clean. All of the cups on mine are securely welded, so if taken care of, expect it to last a long time.

This is a good pan, but it is not really non-stick. Be sure you grease the entire inside of the cups before adding your batter, or the popovers will stick.
