Filled it up with filling and tried to inject into muffins. Didn't use that much pressure. As I'm injecting, I see it leaking from the side. I don't know if it was already broken or if it couldn't take the light pressure but the leak came out of a crack along the seam of the injector.

I originally bought this because I was doing a craft that required some fake frosting and to do that I used spackle and a piping tip but upon the regular piping bags and technique it's just a struggle to finish the project in a whole. This has eased my hand pain as well as helped me complete my craft. I think for the value it's worth it. The material and quality is thick it's not cheap plastic it's thick. Fits quite a lot

The container was very sturdy and easy to carry. I bought 2 and used all of the trays. They were easy to clean.

First impression it is very cheaply made. I bought this to replace one I have that is literally 40+ yrs old but now the threads to screw in the tips are wearing and they pop off easily. I am not sure I will keep, like I said seems very cheaply made. Will try it this weekend and see what I think and do an up date but first impression it only gets 3 stars. The packaging was terrible also. The box was open and the tips were scattered through out the mailing envelope.Have now tried it and was pleased with it. I will keep but still not giving it more stars. Does not have as many tips as my old one and I found a little difficult to use. Would have been helpful if I could have put in the dishwasher but others said that ruined it so I hand washed. For the price it was worth it but I am keeping my old one as a back up.

I have always wanted an icing piping tool and went with this one for the Deviled Eggs I planned to make for Thanksgiving. WHAT A HIT! So easy to use and my eggs looked totally PRO! Cannot wait to use for frosting on my MIL Birthday cake this month. There are several tips included for different designs and the tool itself is smooth and easy to hold and use. Clean up was easy also. Looking forward to doing cupcakes and more!

I ordered this cupcake injector/decorator to frost cookies with and I'm very happy with it. It's sturdy and it seems well made. It only holds maybe 1/2 cup or so of filling/frosting, which might be annoying when using it to decorate larger items. But it's super easy to refill, so that's not really a huge issue. The small size is perfect for one hand operation, which is necessary for cookie decorating. I didn't have any problems with my frosting flowing past the plunger. I suspect that issues with that would be directly related to the thickness of the substance being used in it. The plunger and the tube have threaded ends that screw together to hold them securely into place. And there is a good selection of decorating tips included. Overall, I am very happy with price and the performance and will likely purchase another one so that I can work with multiple colors of frosting easier.

I follow (try, anyway) a low carb/keto diet, so deviled eggs are a staple in my refrigerator. But what a pain to fill with a spoon! And they looked, well, messy. Certainly not something I'd feel proud to take to a party or a potluck. I tried using piping tips with bags, but so much of the filling was wasted inside the bag. Not a big deal with icing, but if you run out of egg mixture, you have a problem. That's why I decided to try this product, and am I ever delighted with it!First of all, it's a nice size. Not too big, so it's comfortable in my hand, but holds a generous amount of filling. So easy to use with one hand, too. You just loop two fingers into the openings on each side of the plunger and push down with your thumb. No cramping from squeezing a piping bag - a big plus if you have arthritis and/or limited grip strength. Filling the container is so easy, too. You just twist the cap holding the plunger off, spoon in filling, screw the cap back on, and you're in business. No trying to hold a sticky bag open with one hand while you try to spoon in more filling (a lot of fun, if you've ever tried it - NOT!).It comes with a decent selection of tips that will work for all but the fanciest of decorating needs. Now, I do have a quite large set of piping tips, plus Russian tips, that are meant for use with bags, and they will not work with this. However, if you're looking to pump some filling into cupcakes or doughnuts, or, like me, swirl some filling into deviled egg shells, this baby will do the trick.Wash up is a breeze! The entire thing comes apart in seconds and cleanup literally took me less than a minute. Best of all, I was able to use almost all of the filling. Very little was stuck to the sides, since the plunger very neatly scraped almost all of it down toward the tip. Maybe a teaspoon was left inside the tip and on the bottom of the plunger, which was easy to scoop out and top off that last egg. I ate that one right away! All in all, I love this gadget. It's very well made and seems sturdy enough to last for years. I may even buy another one as a spare, just in case.
