I buy these because they are the size of a half sheet pan and fit on my speed rack. I've been using them for a couple years now and they have held up well.

These racks are perfect for dehydrating herbs and veggies. I have purchased in the past and needed more to increase my dehydrating production in my Samsung range that has a dehydrator function. The quality, fit and functionality of these racks are perfect for doing this and are easy to clean. Good value and functionality wise as mentioned can be used in many ways not just for baking but also dehydrating. Highly recommend!

Just like a previous reviewer, I'll be using this mainly when I cook chicken so it cooks more evenly and doesn't stick to the pan. Also, as a cooling rack, I like how the feet are higher than many of the standard ones that are available in stores these days, helps to move the cool air underneath cakes and cookies better.
