This is my favorite desk mat, I have purchased it 5 times so far. I have bought it for everyone in my family, as each person wanted to have it once they saw it. I have purchased the vegan leather and the felt. All are wonderful. I love it because THEY DO NOT SMELL, THEY ARE NON TOXIC. God bless this company for making such a great product. It is sturdy, well made, colors are great. I only wish they made an XXL size. I also purchased the desk tray for my husband as a gift, and he absolutely loves it. The little things mean a lot.

I'll leave the original post below my new comment.NEWI have discovered that the mat does move around a lot. The original one I bought my wife does not have the cork bottom, just the raw leather and it maintains it's location great. However, I purchased the cork backing and am struggling with it. I'm thinking of putting a non-slip backing on it with spray adhesive.ORIGINALI bought the one for my wife a couple of months ago and decided I needed one too. Colour is really nice, cork bottom does slide around a little but not terrible. Mouse works as it should. Best quality I’ve seen for this price and size

Takes a bit to roll out and flatten (is good idea to follow instructions), but after that is quite nice.looks good, is durable and provides an appropriate writing surface while protecting your desk. FWIW, this is my second one (different desks), so definitely satisfied. I had also purchased a much more expensive one previously (like $75) but this is a better pad - regardless of price.

This mat grips my painted desk and doesn’t slide around. My Magic Mouse rolls nicely on the semi-rough appearance of this mat. It’s not too thin or too thick, just right. The edges are held together by what looks like a good sewn seam. The mat looks good, lives up to the claims of being water proof and and cleans up easily as the description says. Good product and good value at a good price. I recommend this mat.

I must say that Nordik’s desk mat is amazing! I adore its texture and its effortless cleaning. At this point, it’s probably my most favored desk mat, considering I’ve owned several. As an avid gamer, I don’t experience much resistance when gliding my mouse and playing video games. Moreover, I appreciate the sensation of my wrist and forearm resting on it while typing since I work remotely. Unlike other mats (like felt) that catch hair and quickly degrade, this one feels exceptionally superior. If anything were to happen to it, I would without a doubt buy it again. I’d also opt for black again because it looks stunning on my desk. Also, it easily stays flat right out of the box. I don’t know about you, but most desk mats that come rolled need to be weighted for a day or two to “settle” and stay flat. Believe me, this desk mat is worth it!

I purchased this leather desk mat earlier this year and it has been one of my favourite purchases for my work space.The leather feels great quality and gives a professional touch to my desk. Stitching is perfect, no loose threads. It's large enough to comfortably fit my keyboard mouse and my other belongings while protecting the wooden surface of my desk from scratches and stains.The smooth surface is great for mouse tracking, and the subtle grip on the bottom prevents it from slipping during use (although my keyboard probably weighs it down). Cleaning is just a quick wipe, had a few spills and it still looks as good as new.Although slightly pricier than other materials, the durability and aesthetic are definitely worth the investment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their workspace, you won’t regret it.

The color looks great, and it seems that the stiches are mostly aligned correctly from both sides. It feels very good in hand, and the size of it is awesome - fits my MX Keys set with a lot of extra room placing other staff. The cable management addition is very nice, and it is connected pretty strong so for normal use I don't fear of it being ripped off.The bottom feels a little bit cheap, made of some sort of fabric, and it is not the grippiest one, but for standard use it stays in place. Would have preferred it to be a little more grippier. The top is quite grippy, at least for my accessories. The keyboard and arm rest stay in place and the mouse operates pretty great.The desk mat is too thin in my opinion, and if it were only a few millimeters thicker it would make it look much more premium.Overall, pretty satisfied with the desk mat.

Exactly what I've been looking for! I needed a non-slip desk pad that was sleek & minimalist with enough space to accommodate my large drawing tablet & mouse when needed. I also wasn't terribly fond of the rounded corners and/or chunky stitching along the edges of many alternatives.This desk pad ticked all of my boxes, and I'm quite impressed with the quality and feel so far.My only complaint is that when I unrolled it, it didn't quite lay flat (which is to be expected). The manufacturer did include instructions on how to flatten it (by gently rolling it in the opposite direction), but by the time I found them, I had already placed some books on the corners. The next day I took the books off, and it was almost flat, but not quite. I decided to try what the manufacturer recommended, and suddenly there were a bunch of wrinkles on the cork side of the mat.Luckily it's not too noticeable from the top side, but I think I would've been better off leaving the books on the corners. The cork material is thin enough that I'm concerned it may break down/crack where it's wrinkled. I guess only time will tell.
