The Original Bundt pan can be used for many Bundt recipes or pull-a-part bread or monkey bread as well as being a great jello mold. Pan measures 10.5 inches in diameter and is 3.8 inches in height. I used this to make a sushi cake & it was the perfect shape. It’s nonstick, heavy duty, & easy to clean. A little pricier than other bundt pans but it’ll definitely last me a lifetime.

NordicWare actually holds the trademark on the word "Bundt", so it's a no-brainer that they're the ones to go for when you need a bundt cake pan. The cast aluminum feels solid, and even at 7200 ft in altitude, turns out a delicious cake. Cleanup is easy, and my cakes have so far released from the pan with no hassle. This feels solid enough to be an heirloom piece, and if you can get it on sale, it's an absolute steal.

This is the pan to use for successful tube cakes for doneness, exterior texture and release.I'd had cheap thin imitations in the past with unsuccessful results which is distressing wrt time and ingredient investment.This Nordic Ware Pro Cast is the real deal for success and confidence in preparation - follow instructions that come with the pan.I also got the coved cake saver listed as option as well - which should be a must.

This was recommended to me by someone who bakes daily and I'm glad I bought it. It is heavy and bakes well. It cleans better than my prior pan and at least the surface does not stick. The quality is good enough that I don't anticipate I'll ever need to buy another one.

Care to bundt? This bundt pan’s shape is perfect. I prepped the pan with PAM butter spray and dusted some cocoa powder on the top portion of the pan, then filled it with my marbled batter. Once it was baked, I allowed it to cool on a wire rack before flipping it over. This was my first time baking a bundt cake & it was a pleasant experience when the pan released my bundt cake with ease.The pan is easy to clean. I washed it by hand with a normal sponge and Dawn dish soap...even if I was in a rush, I wouldn’t risk putting this through the dishwasher. The peeling/scratches I noticed - after using it just once - are on the outside of the pan, which is why I knocked a star off. Other than that, I’m really happy with the results.

Was Very disappointed with the quality of this product. The internal surface was defective with at least half having raised rough sections. This is meant to be a high end product and famous for its quality. For the price I expected a first grade product.I have decided to send it back.Update.. I re ordered and will give this pan a second chance. Hoping that my pan was a one off issue?? Surely the pans from Nordic-ware direct wouldn't have significant internal surface flaws ? Are Amazon by any chance buying seconds ?I have my fingers crossed that the replacement will be the quality I expect.UPDATE- my second pan was perfect !Doesn’t stick and looks sensational !Very very happy customer
