Cast aluminum’s superior heat conductivity ensures controlled, even browning of cakes and treats. Premium silicone nonstick is made without PFAS and PTFE for healthy baking and ensures effortless release and cleanup. Oven safe to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The Original Bundt pan can be used for many Bundt recipes or pull-a-part bread or monkey bread as well as being a great jello mold. Pan measures 10.5 inches in diameter and is 3.8 inches in height. cooks well, maintains heat well. baked goods come out looking nice. Only issue is that there are no grab handles on this, so when trying to remove a cake once you have slipped it onto a cooling rack, I need to use a spatula to lift the pan off away from the cooling rack, and then try to lift it off without burning my fingers.

I love it. I made a fruit-cake for the first time and a Brown-sugar bundt cake for a co-worker's birthday and both turned out really well. The cakes baked evenly with no uneven spots. The crust was a beautiful light brown and the inside of the cakes were soft and moist. The pan did not stick and the cake slipped out easily. I did use non-stick spray liberally on the pan before putting in the batter. The pattern is very beautiful. The pan appears sturdy and well-made. It's not cheap looking or flimsy. It seems a good quality product. I plan to use it many many more times and experiment with different types of cakes.

Made my first Bundt cake, lemon, with this time. Great shape. Slightly overcooked, so I will reduce cooking time. Easy to clean.
