The Nord Stage 4 Compact 88-Key features a triple sensor weighted keybed and a redesigned interface with dedicated LED faders per layer for intuitive live control. Its updated Preset Library includes ready-to-use Piano, Synth, and Organ sounds. The Piano section offers enhanced Grands, Uprights, and Electric Pianos with Dynamic Compression and Unison. The Synth section, powered by the Nord Wave 2 engine, supports three layers and features Virtual Analog, FM, Sample, and Wavetable synthesis. The Organ section includes B3 Tonewheel, B3 Bass, Vox, Farfisa, and two Pipe models, now with physical drawbars and LED indicators. Each layer has its own Effects section with new Pump (sidechain), Spin, and upgraded Reverb, Delay, Amp, and Modulation. Full Nord Sound Manager and Sample Editor integration allows use of Nord libraries and user samples, ideal for both stage and studio.

Every piano and or keyboard player should do their homework for features and quality.This piano keyboard tops the list and is worth the price! It also came with with free stand,peddle, headphones, cord, and bench. I play both sitting and standing so I appreciated theextras as this Nord stage 4 has fully weighted keys which are also touch sensitive. Amazingpurchase and service/delivery from Austin Bazaar!

Great sound but super expensive. They are also a pain in the a** to service and expensive to fix, even minor issues. My right channel failed on a gig, one week out of warranty. I was left playing a Casio on gigs for a month sounding like an amateur while the unit got fixed. Had to drive a total of 480 miles to have it taken care of at an authorized repair shop.And forget about customer service, even if you are a week out of warranty, you’re on your own. Don’t expect these things to last a day after the warranty expires which is ONE YEAR from when you purchase the unit. Consider other options carefully before investing in this brand, caveat emptor.

I bought this piano for something that I could use for practice to playing gigs with to be able to use it with piano software it and performs absolutely amazing never once had a problem with it.
