These cannoli and cream horn tubes are exactly what I was looking for, but they were not shipped in protective bubble wrap. One of the cannoli tubes is bent out of shape and is impossible to bend back into shape. It was hard to get a picture from an angle that would show it clearly. I didn't want to have to deal with returning all of them and reorder in the hopes that the next shipment would not be damaged, so I will just do without one of them.

They are definitely not non-stick! I have made puff pastry before with no issues. I bought these thinking it would be better than foil. I was wrong. I wasted my money on these, and wasted a batch of dough. You can tell by the pastry that it had plenty of butter so it shouldn't stick like it did.

With cooking lube or as-is... Alot of them made the dough stick so hard they wasted cannoli from the batch. There were some super bad ones, dough was stuck on so hard. I eventually tossed a few because I tried re-using the bad ones after cleaning and they still yielded a waste of cannoli dough.

I used these to make cream rolls and have a few issues:• I like the size and how easy you use them. This is the part I liked.• I’m not sure if i’m doing something wrong while using them but the dough gets stuck and my puff pastry keeps breaking! I tried to use a little but of butter, made homemade puff pastry dough and tried it with store bought one and still the same issue, it gets stuck for some reason! I need to figure out how to master it :/• Lastly the sides are extremely sharp and I cut a cut on my hand while washing them :( for some reason the sides were made extremely sharp which is not comfortable and you have to be very careful while using them I did give a 3 starts because it’s still a good size and easy to use but need to fix the other issues
