The red silicone handles on the baking sheets soften and fall off from the heat of the oven so we had to remove them and use without the red pieces.

Well I bought it because they said you don't have to use oven mitts with theses pans.. Well that's a lie! You will burn your fingers right off. But food doesn't stick to the pans so that's a plus!
