About this item

  • The ceramic baking process is used inside the pot body, which does not react with the acid or alkali of the food, can maintain the original taste of the food, and will not produce heavy metals, which is more conducive to health.
  • Micro-Pressure Design: This stockpot with lid has a unique micro-pressure design, which conducts heat quickly and evenly, allowing food to cook faster and more deliciously. At temperatures below 300℉, our stock pot with lid will lock in steam, greatly shortening simmering time. When the temperature reaches 300℉ or higher, the cooking pot releases steam, preventing the soup from seeping out.
  • The outer enamel design makes the pot look more beautiful and easier to clean.
  • The middle of the pot body is made of pure steel, which can be applied to all cookware: electric stove, induction stove, gas stove and other heat sources.
  • This stock pot appearance colorful, smooth and beautiful, is a work of art, very suitable for gifts

I love this pot for soups and stews and corn on the cob. It's a great size and holds a lot. I love the ceramic coating, it makes cleaning a breeze. The locking cover is a plus while transporting and the pressure cooking button allows for quicker cooking and easy pressure release. I recommend this pot.

This ceramic-coated pot has plenty of functionality! It's perfect for soups, stews, menudo, mashed potatoes and other traditional recipes. Although advertised as a "pan," it is built like a high-quality pot. It is well-made and very durable. The lid fits perfectly -- making this very versatile and easy-to-use. It is a high quality pot too. It is thick and weighty but with great handles on the side. There is no fear of losing grip either. The lid fits quite well and will allow you to take this pot full of food with you quite easily. Given the premium quality, this is a fantastic value.

This nonstick ceramic coated saucepan is a fantastic addition to my kitchen! The 7.5-quart size is incredibly versatile, perfect for everything from simmering sauces to making large batches of soup. The nonstick ceramic coating is excellent; food slides right off, and cleanup is a breeze.I particularly love the twist & lock handles. They make it easy to move the pot around, even when it's full. The micro pressure cooker feature is a nice bonus, speeding up cooking times without the hassle of a full-sized pressure cooker. The sturdy construction and thick bottom ensure even heat distribution, preventing hot spots and burning. The included lid fits snugly, trapping heat and moisture effectively. It’s a great all around pot. Now, it's true, the price tag is a bit higher than your average saucepan. However, considering its versatility, quality construction, and unique features, I believe it’s a worthwhile investment. It's become my go-to pot for so many dishes, and I'm confident it will last for years to come. If you're looking for a high-quality, multi-functional saucepan, this one is definitely worth considering, even with the slightly higher price.

I recently purchased the Nonstick Ceramic Coated Sauce Pan with Lid, and I am quite pleased with its performance! This 7.5-quart pot is perfect for making large batches of soup and stews. The size is just right for my family gatherings, and the versatility makes it great for everything from simmering to canning. The black color gives it a sleek and modern look, which I love. One of the standout features is the nonstick ceramic coating. Cooking with it is a breeze as food slides off effortlessly, making cleanup super easy. I also appreciate the twist & lock handles, which are sturdy and ensure a secure grip during cooking. While I’ve had mostly positive experiences, I’m giving it 4.5 stars instead of a full 5 because I noticed that the ceramic coating can scratch if metal utensils are used, so I recommend sticking to wood or silicone utensils for longevity.Overall, I would definitely recommend this pot for anyone looking for a reliable and stylish addition to their kitchen. It has quickly become a go-to for my cooking needs!

I absolutely love cooking and making all kinds of different homemade things that require the use of a larger pot. After all the reading I've done on Non-Stick pans and issues I've had with them being damaged and potentially releasing harmful chemicals, I started looking at other options.First of all, this pan touts itself as a "micro pressure cooker". I'm not exactly sure what that means, but while this has a lid that somewhat locks and has a pressure release valve, you are not going to build any meaningful pressure that has it function as a pressure cooker. The lid does suction into place nicely and is almost impossible to remove without holding the release valve, but don't buy this thinking that it is going to work as a pressure cooker because it absolutely will not.The construction of the pan is fairly light weight and while it transfers heat well and fairly evenly, it doesn't hold heat all that well as was evident while making jams and apple butter. Removing it from the heat saw it pretty much instantly stop boiling. That's not a bad thing as sometimes you want to be able to bring heat down quickly. It's ceramic coated which means it isn't going to be completely non-stick, but the ceramic does do a good job of not allowing things to get really stuck. Even jams and apple butters cleaned off fairly easy.It is great for cooking things that are cooked low and slow. I made a batch of Birria in it that I slow cooked for about 8 hours in total and it did a great job of holding a steady temperature with the flame on my gas stove set very low. And the locking lid comes in handy to keep any splatters down to a minimum.I've seen it mentioned that this pan is not oven or dishwasher safe. Now I would never stick a pan with plastic parts in the oven and I hope that other people would think that one through as well, but apparently it happens. I washed it on the top rack of my dishwasher and had no issues at all. There are tasks where this pan is great but also tasks where you would be much better off using cast iron or stainless steel. If space/budget only allows for one large pan, I would steer clear of this one and opt for a cast iron. At the price range this falls into, you can get a decent enameled cast iron pan that will be far more versatile. My only issues with this pan is the advertising referring to this as a pressure cooker is misleading, and the price point is a bit out of line compared with other ceramic coated pans on the market. It's a good looking pan that is definitely easier to use if you're not an experienced cook. But I think there are better options out there in the $60-80 range. If this was priced between $40-50 and didn't have the misleading advertising, I'd give this five stars.

I've never used a pressure cooker before, so I was a bit wary about this, but I need not have worried. This is so versatile that it can be used as a regular pot on the stove, or as a pressure cooker that is much easier and safer to use than the old style pressure cooker my grandmother used. It is a good size and if used as a pressure cooker, it cooks much faster than an ordinary pot would. I wish it were dishwasher safe, but it does clean up very easily. I love the way the lid clamps on. This would make a great gift for someone just moving into their first home or for newlyweds. I highly recommend this pot.
