Top side of mat is slippery and underside stays in place. Therefore, exerciser slides on top.The mat stays in place, but the elliptical on top of it slides forward as if you weren’t using anything to prevent the slipping. I purchased this mat to keep the elliptical in place as I excercised, instead I had to constantly stop and pull excerciser back. Useless mat!

I thought for sure my foot exerciser would just slide around on it like it does on the bare floor. But I was wrong, this really grips. It's like magic! My exerciser stays put, no matter how much I move my feet. I can finally get a good workout without having to readjust the machine constantly. TIt seems a little flimsy, but so far, so good!

It does the work for me I can exercise 30 minutes without fatigue. No assembly preprogrammed seem very durable. Perfect for the elderly exercising I was promised a 30:00 dollar refund have not received

I'm using this to keep my electric foot exerciser from sliding around the floor. It's working very well even though it is thin and light-weight.
