Grips the floor nicely. Doesn’t slide with my small pedal bike thingy. I have tried. It’s good to have. Its strong alps I tried to slide it with the pedal bike thingy on it and it wouldn’t move but I was impressed and yanked and it didn’t rip. It’s either strong or I’m very weak. Very easy to use.

Works great. I put this mat in our dog's kennel to help soften the hard bottom.It's perfect for our stepper. It's soft but doesn't slip on hard floors.It's the perfect size and great value the money.

I got this for my under desk elliptical machine and it works great. It keeps it from sliding. The size is perfect. The mat is light weight and easy to clean.

This is perfect for the under-the-deck stepper I have it under - it's a great size, works exactly as described, and is easy to clean and/ore move when necessary.

This works as described. The elliptical mat works as described. There’s not a lot of empty space when the elliptical is on the mat, which means less movement.

I recently purchased this Non-Slip Workout Mat, originally intended for use under a desk elliptical, and have been pleasantly surprised by its adaptability and overall quality. Even though it’s only about half a centimeter thick, it provides sufficient cushioning and a reliable non-slip surface, which is crucial whether you’re using it with exercise equipment or, in my case, as a protective pad under a heavy charger.From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell the material was built to withstand a fair amount of wear and tear. It feels dense yet flexible, making it easy to position or relocate as needed. The texture on the top and bottom helps keep both the mat itself and any equipment firmly in place.
