does not work on wood table. gripped good on corian counter but slides all over wood table even with something sitting on it. had to use a smaller one from different company underneath it to make it work

I’ve tried a couple of different products, so far, this is the best. I usually just use a damp towel, but I use cutting boards a lot and it just seemed like I was using too many. These grippers are great, they are small, perfect for most cutting boards or anything you want to stay. You can throw them in the dishwasher if it gets messy. Otherwise I keep a couple with my cutting boards and nothing moves. So far they haven’t had any downside, for the price, which is a great deal, they seem to hold up against wear and tear just fine.

I use this to keep my tablet or laptop from sliding around on the arm of my recliner/rocker where I like to use them. It also works great for keeping my Bible from sliding around while I'm reading. It isn't as perfect as Velcro but I can't use Velcro here and it's the only thing I've found for my purpose. I only wish I had found it sooner. I had to cut the sides down a little to fit my chair better so I glued the tailings to the bottom of my laptop, like extra feet, and the ultra-smooth metal laptop case now grips almost perfectly.

The grip isn't as strong as I would prefer, but when it slips it doesn't slip very much. The product is also smaller than I anticipated, but that's on me for not checking the dimensions. I bought this for my tablet+kickstand to stop sliding around my desk while drawing, I figured the kickstand part could stay in place with the grooves, but the grooves aren't really that deep so there's still some light slipping if I apply enough pressure. Not great, just okay. Will probably look for a bigger one anyways.

I put this on my lapdesk that had a pretty slick texture to it. Almost dropped my laptop a couple of times because I shifted my legs too far. This works perfectly! I personally put a couple of strips of double sided tape on the backside to keep it attached to my lap desk, but if you were just laying it somewhere, it should stay put no problem. And I haven't had my laptop slide around once since I put it on
