Great substitute for the 3x$$$ brand! I wanted one of the others but hex, it was so expensive I couldn’t do it so I gave this a try. It cooks well, heats quickly & evenly on gas. Yes it needs a bit o butter or oil but even without it, the stickage comes off with ease when the pan cools. You’ll see what looks like a crudy mess but a little spatula swish and it’s gone. I’m so glad I got it, I bought it again in different size.

Hello to whom it may concern this items works as it is stated in the description. Omelettes to enjoy to the fullest , and pancakes that will make you (slap somebody) just saying in general )so good and delicious slide right out of the pan on to the plate. I recommend this item to anyone in the kitchen, cooking and preparing meals. This is the right pan to have in your Arsenal.

This pan has excellent heat distribution and is very attractive. it is easy to clean and works with metal utensils perfectly.

The pan is nice with the right weight and feel. It was very reasonably priced, but no where could I find what the nonstick coating was made from.I contacted the company and was told that it was the Daikin coating, which is a fluoropolymer coating. That’s what Teflon is.

I use things that aren't made with bad chemicals. If I can help it. This technology uses some kind of stainless steel so I'm happy with that. It's not as non-stick as some other pans I've used. But it's pretty good. Cleans well. Good size
