Great skillets! I got these for a new Frigidaire induction range, and they are outstanding. Very easy to clean the super-slick surface. Even eggs will not stick to the surface. If you want some beautiful, effective, easy to clean skillets...these are the ones for you.

We have to replace our 'non-stick' teflon pans just about every year, since they get hard use and the teflon just gets crappy after a while. Decided to get these ceramic coated pans for a change and they are so much more durable. They get pretty daily use and after over 2 yrs, the cooking surface is still in really good shape. Handles are still solid and they havent warped at all like cheaper pans we've had. Would buy again, but probably won't have to soon.

It was great for a month or so, then the food started sticking, even when put on a low heat. My original hope was not to use a lot of oil when cooking but I have to, in order to prevent the food from sticking too much. On the surface, though, there’s no scratch or damages so I’m suspecting that the nonstick coating was just not there. I naturally refrain from using it frequently because the food gets too greasy.

I just got the pans and have only used them a few times, but so far they are great. Nothing sticks and they wipe off easily. I have been careful to keep the heat level low and to extend the cooking time in my recipes rather than turning up the heat. I get Greenpan because of the non-toxic finish. In the past I've had the Chatham line, which in my experience lasts a couple of years. I'm hoping that keeping the heat even lower will extend the life of the Valencia Pro. It is slightly heavier than the Chatham line but is still manageable for me. It slides around more easily on a ceramic stovetop and at first I was concerned this might be a problem, but it has been fine.

Without question, these are the easiest pans to clean in the house. Nothing sticks. Use a TINY amount of butter or oil and you're golden. Perfect for eggs - stovetop or oven. When you need a great, responsive non stick pan, these are the way to go. I recommend silicone pan protectors if you want to stack them to prevent scratches, even though these are very scratch resistant.

I bought this to only make omelets and pancakes. I tried to make eggs right after taking the pan out of package without using any oil, and the eggs stuck. I had pre-heated the pan on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes. It was fairly easy to clean the eggs off that stuck to the bottom of the pan using a regular soft kitchen sponge. This is not a pan that you can cook eggs in without using a little bit of oil.I next tried making a huge omelet with about a teaspoon of vegetable oil. The omelet was perfect and SLID right out of the pan. I am happy with this purchase. I do not know how it compares to the Caraway line, which is the top of the line, but for the price, this product exceeded my expectations.I did not plan on using this to cook regular meals in, or to put inside of an oven. This is literally an omelet pancake pan for me. I understand the Caraway line can be put in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I have cast iron, carbon steel, and stain less steel cookware that I put inside the oven or use for preparing most other dishes. For low-fat pancakes and omelets, I highly recommend these pans. For my purpose,

I purchased a full set of GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware a year ago, some individual items and a large set. The large set arrived in a box packed intricately, and I found only a couple insignificant chips to the coating from transit. After using the cookware for a year, I would say I’m mostly satisfied. Its nonstick characteristics are holding up well, and it doesn’t seem to suffer from regular dishwasher cleanings using Cascade Platinum. Often the pan can be sprayed with water, wiped dry and stored without any detergent. The bottoms are slightly prone to minor rust if they stay wet, but that hasn’t been a problem for me. The nonstick is very good, and I’m hoping the chemically inert properties are accurately represented as ditching Teflon-coated cookware was the paramount reason for buying these. The exterior coating is also very durable. The thickness of the pans is just enough to be satisfactory. Their light weight and durability allow me to use them when car camping.I find the slightly concave bottoms are not ideal for a solid surface cooktop since there is reduced heat transfer, but it isn’t a showstopper. On an induction stove, it seems as though the ferrous portion doesn’t quite fully span the bottom on some pans so they don’t heat as fully or evenly as they might otherwise. The most satisfactory heat source for these pans is a gas flame. The rough texture on the bottoms is helpful preventing the pans slipping around on tabletop canister stoves, which I appreciate.Another issue is with the lids. They let steam/condensation escape through the seam between the glass and the stainless-steel surround rim which causes water to pool on the lid and eventually dribble onto whatever cooktop you are using even when just simmering. You learn to lift the lid above the pan so it can drip all this water into the pan. And the handles get very hot fairly quickly, so you have to use a hot pad.Overall, I’m happy with this GreenPan Valencia Pro cookware and for the money, I’d buy it again and recommend it.

These pans are great! I like the idea of the toxin-free and clean up is a breeze - no sticking. Just rinse and wipe out the pan with a soft sponge and it's clean. I had been using the Gotham steel pans and they started to stick and become hard to clean. I bought wooden spoons and spatula so I don't damage these pans. The small egg pan is my favourite.
