The issue with these nocks is they get stuck in the off position (up if you’re holding the arrow vertically). They’re awesome when they work, but the problem is that half the time they don’t. I opened the package yesterday and put them on my arrows. Of the 3 nocks included, one of them turned on when I shot them. The other two are stuck in the off position. The ones I was replacing no longer worked consistently because they started getting stuck in the off position, but I didn’t sweat it because I’d got a year of use out of them.I’m not sure that other brands are better, but I think I’ll be trying another brand.

I have used Nockturnal nocks for several years and found them to be the most reliable in .166 arrow shafts, but I have recently purchased four packages of three nocks and of the twelve, only three initially worked. Those three failed after a couple of shots. Probably will never buy this brand again.

I used to have great luck with Nocturnal and can’t tell you how many dollars ive spent on them…. But I can assure you I will not spend another dime! I purchased 4 packages before season this year for my wife, kids and me. We are all bowhunters and hunt multiple states for multiple species. Between the 4 of us we have taken 9 big game animals all with arrows using nocturnals and only ONE worked as it should. Im done, not sure what has changed with this company but it has clearly gone down the toilet! Should have realized that when I saw they promote the Scumkoskis. Spend your money else where folks!😡

Ordered these, received the next day so very fast shipping. First package moon of the nocks worked, I believe all the batteries were dead. I returned them for another package of the same brand, thankfully the new three work perfectly

Can anyone help me here? I bought these last month and finally tried them on my three broadhead arrows today for practice. Not one nock turned on.. I couldn't believe that not one turned on.. Unreal. I think I threw out the package too, not sure where to go from here.

I've bought 3 packs so 9 lighted nocks total from here. All were junk. Most wouldn't light up. Some flickered at best. Sometimes I'd shot them, they light up right away and when they hit they turn off. They slide out of the arrow way too easily. Only reason I'm even giving two stars is because they were a little cheaper than most stores have them for.

I’m sure no one else has made a a bad shot. That aside I tagged a doe in the hip at dusk. I could see her run and bed down a couple of hundred yards away. Watched her for a couple of hours. Marked her location and went back in the morning. She was were we saw her last. The nock was still running 8 hrs later. Nice and bright and allowed us to not have to chase her all over the county. Fits the Victory VAP like a glove.

Need the .166 as I am using VAP arrows..these are great I can see them even in day light and so far battery is doing great...10hrs approx. Only issue I have is turning them off you can use a paper clip but I suggest the tool ..seems to work easier.

Complete junk. They lit up and shot well for one or two shots, but then would turn on when just knocking and arrow. Also, they apparently loosen up quickly and because of the taper they use in their design, even after nocking fully, my d loop pushed it off the string causing a dry fire when I triggered my release! I felt like an idiot until I went to two pro shops and met two other people the exact same thing has happened to. Not worth the $400 in repairs caused by their poor design and materials. In 15 years of shooting, I have never had this happen until I used these.
