I really like this product. It definitely improves spotting your actual shot placement on a deer. The only downside with this product is when you miss a shot. The light will remain a constant reminder that you missed until you climb down from your tree stand to retrieve your arrow. Very annoying.

I ordered 2 packs for a total of 6 nocks. 1 nock in one pack does not light up with manual activation or by firing the arrow, the battery appears to be dead. 1 nock in the second pack appears to be slightly torn (but still functional) on the piece that slides back to activate/deactivate the light and I had not even used it yet. I am using a small flat head screwdriver or a field point tip to switch off the lights as no tool is provided and the durability of these rubber switches seems questionable. I will be using these nocks very sparingly. These Nockturnal GT nocks fit my Blackout X1 Pro arrows just a little bit tighter than the stock nocks. The majority work and they are very bright (red).

I have used these before and work well with my goldtip arrows . Although i have had the occasional issue of turning them off. Updated reveiw: I to have had one out a 3 pack not working of two 3 packs. It seems that the quality may have gone down over the years because when I first started using them when they first came out I never had an issue until recently over the last year-and-a-half or so.

Best Illuminated Nock on the market.I was a huge fan of Nockturnal, BEFORE Rage Broadheads purchased the brand. Now with Rage at the helm, the product quality seems better, and Availability is MUCH better. Paired with the Nockturnal Tool, These are incredibly easy to turn off, and remove!Bright light, long battery life, and good construction mean my Wife and I wont use any other product.

These aren't necessary for hunting or target shooting by any means, and a standard nock works just as well. But, they are fun and will dramatically increase your chances of finding an arrow after release if you don't happen to see where it lands. Battery life is good enough to take the shot in the morning and by dark you'll be able to find your arrow with ease. For target shooting, they are fun as well. It's neat to see the trajectory of your arrow on it's way to the target.

I use these on my GoldTip Hunter arrows and love them. The red is probably the easiest to find at night, due to the glow it gives off even if you aren't directly looking down the arrow. If you use these while target shooting, I recommend 5-spot targets, as Robin Hooding your arrow just got more expensive... highly recommend!

Great product - fit in my Gold Tip arrows perfectly - not lose, not too tight. Helped me track a deer this year already. I hit the back shoulder on a quartering away shot and the deer took off with the arrow still in it. I could see this red light easily as the deer ran through some thick brush. I waited to track the deer, and unfortunately there was NO blood trail to be found (hole was plugged). fortunately, I spotted the arrow nock from about 30 yards away. I found the back end of the arrow (broken in half), and 15 feet from the broken arrow was the deer.Obviously this is not the intended use - but it was great none the less. From seeing where the deer ran off to, to finding it at the end - made my life a lot easier. Great product.
