I mean. It gets the job done I guess. But no matter how wet you get the window and how much you try - there are SO many air bubbles that just won't get out. They have been on my bathroom windows for a week and my bathroom still smells of the vinyl/plastic. This was my first experience with window film so I guess I should have lowered my expectations.

I found this very easy to install and takes no time at all. The thickness is perfect and obscures exactly as I wanted. The size of the roll worked for what I was doing. The only thing I don’t like is after the film was installed and all bubbles squeezed out, later there were tiny air bubbles that I can’t get out. Not devastating but they’re still there. Overall I would recommend the film.

This is a great and easy to use product. The instructions were clear & easy to follow. The product also contained a knife to cut the film & a cloth to help with cleaning. I will definitely look for this product again if I need to frost any glass in the future.

Installed this on two separate glass panes in my home over a year ago and it holds up! Time consuming to install but once’s it’s up it stays on! Love how it looks and allows light in while providing privacy.

This product works as intended and definitely adds privacy to a window. I added this to my bathroom windows and you really cannot see into the windows (just some shadows) unless you are an inch or so away. The reason I put it at 4 stars is because it was a bit difficult to put on in a way that makes it completely bubble-free. I took a lot of time and attention to remove all the bubbles, only to see a bunch the next morning appear. It is very easy to remove, but when installing ensure your windows are extremely clean in order to get it to adhere with minimal bubbles.

Hi I have this on my bedroom window, my living room windows, and even my kitchen window. My property management doesn’t let us put up window coverings or films like this but it is great quality and even the owner hasn’t said anything about it. I’m not sure if they don’t notice because my window is obviously different from all the others near it, but it’s certainly not bad enough and it doesn’t turn it into an eyesore for my neighbors so I think other people could get away with it too. I can have my blinds open and you can’t see in or out clearly at all. Of course if you had bright lights on and it’s dark outside you might be able to see some sort of movement inside but I’ve never been able to see super detailed silhouettes. It goes in easy as long as you get the window wet and squeegee it as you lay it. I got them because my windows are single pane aluminum windows and I feel a huge difference in the summer and winter. They peel off easily, they’re thick, I love them and my friends and family have bought this same exact roll too and they’re very happy with it too!

I live in a town house community with very small and practically public rear patios. I have a lot of expensive equipment in the same room adjacent rear patio which meant I never opened the floor-to-ceiling blinds. I have since installed this window film and it has been great. I get a ton of light in that room with less concern that my home will be targeted for theft.I would recommend watching a ton of YouTube videos to understand what the install process will entail. It is a bit more involved that I anticipated but totally worth it. Some people still might opt to having a professional do it. I think most people will be able to install this film on their own, I would recommend buying a second sheet as a backup in case you have a learning mistake your first sheet. One thing you definitely need is professional spray bottle. I bought one at Home Depot years ago. It produces a lot of fine spray which you will need to install this window film. You add a water/dish soap mix into the sprayer and liberally apply to the window. For me, this window film did not have any adhesion aside from the water/soap mix. This mix works surprisingly well, it's been installed for a few weeks now and does not seem like it will be coming off until I peel it off when I move out.Optionally buying a hard and soft edged squeegee would help with the installation but I found carefully using an old debit card worked for me.Lastly clean glass is soooo important to the installation. Seriously can not stress this enough! Any specs of dirt will be very noticeable because air bubbles will form on-top of the dirt. I would recommend cleaning the window how you'd normally clean the window (Windex, what have you), then razor blade the entire window to take care of any paint spray from when the house was built (or just stubborn dirt), then clean again with Windex (or similar product) with a microfiber cloth. The edges will most likely bleed out dirt, especially toward the bottom. So flush as much fluid and then some more when cleaning the window before installation.Good luck, you can do it!!!
