So easy to use, clean your windows; cut the vinyl to fit your window; spray the window with a little water; now the hard part ... separate the vinyl and the paper on the back, LOL!; lay the vinyl against the window; smooth out the air and water ... working from top to bottom. I have used this product on North facing windows, an it has stayed in place for more than three years.

I can't say enough good things about these window clings. They were super easy and fun to install. Plus they look pretty! I live in a house that is probably 10 feet from the next house and our windows face their window. I put the film on the lower part of the window only. It makes a world of difference. Since there was no view to block, the cling on the lower part of the window works perfectly for me. The light still comes through but I no longer have people staring into my home.

Fabulous product! Easy to install—reminds me of those holiday window clings we use to stick to the windows as a kid every Christmas. Very forgiving and easy to readjust if you mess up. I can’t speak to longevity as I only just put it up today. It’s a nice thick material and not see-through.

This is my third order of this window film. We live in a highly visible public area. I want to let in light but still retain privacy. This design is perfect. The only place I won’t put it is in the window that’s right next to the toilet. If you are within about 1-2 feet of the film, people on the outside can see too much. But in areas where you will be 3 or more feet away, it’s perfect. It lets in almost all of the sunlight, and practically disappears at night. It also allows me to see if someone is right outside the window on the front porch. It’s a great product, extremely easy to install.

We used this on our kitchen cabinets because I hated how you could see all the contents of our kitchen cabinets, it looked very cluttered. This product looks very upscale and was easy to apply to all of our cabinet glass. I also used it on our front door sidelights for added privacy. Highly recommend! It’s now been over a year and no peeling or bubbles.

It wasn't that difficult to apply. Getting your cuts correct best to add a couple inches on the side you cut when you place on the soaking wet window you can easily move around to the exact place using the factory cut sides in place first then cut the sides left to fit.Use plenty of water so it doesn't go dry once you start.It took a couple weeks to completely dry on the window. I ended up ordering the 22" roll to finish the other side. As you can see it is incomplete. I love the look on our old garage.

I’m returning these. I did a quarter of my window and too small for my windows, but by the time I had completed that quarter, I was struggling to find the willpower to do the rest. They are what they say they are and they work well for what it’s worth. Use much more water than you think you’ll need and put on a long podcast to listen to. I loved how they looked (at least… I loved the part that I DID complete).Let me put it this way. You know those phone screen protectors that you need to be real meticulous with to remove all the bubbles so that you don’t get annoyed? It’s essentially that but for your windows. So if you aren’t good at putting the phone screen protectors on (me… I wasn’t good at that) then get a friend who’s really good at it and pay them with food and entertainment. Also get a large squeegee with a rubber end. Otherwise you’ll be apologizing to your apartment neighbors for the horrendous scraping noise that you create for two hours (I had to use a credit card… it worked but at what cost).I will say, when the strip I put on was up, it stayed. It was really cool to see science at work. They’re not sticky at the back at all. They use static to cling to your windows and removing the air bubbles is crucial. Because there was no adhesive, was also so easy to remove. Repacking is a whole different issue that we don’t have to get into.4 stars because it was definitely bang for my buck and did what it said it would do. It made things very opaque from the outside (and the inside tbh). It stuck well to the windows and made that quarter of my window look REALLY good!-1 star because I’m not that patient. Also, I was sent the incorrect size. So BEFORE YOU CUT (in fact, before you even open the packages), re-measure your windows and triple check the size of these things. Measure twice cut once, my friends. +1 inch on each side for good measure.

I was determined to get this right, so I followed the instructions exactly. I spent a lot of time trying to line up the diamonds since I have a wide window. Trying to get the bubble out was a nightmare. They like to hang out at the edges. Spraying more water helped a little, but I feel like the soapy water actually makes it worse because soap forms bubbles. Also, the film does not cut easily, so when I was trimming the excess off the edges, it became a jagged mess. When I was done, I figured it looked decent enough to leave it in place until I had the energy to try to perfect it again. But then night came, and turns out there are tons of tiny air bubbles that weren’t noticeable during the day. It just looks really cheap. I’m really bummed about this. It’s a pretty design, and I actually thought the thickness of the plastic was decent. The instructions were clear. But that’s about all the positives I can say about it.

I am so happy with this product and the look!Allows light in with privacy. This really was very easy to install and did not take long to do.I provided pics of one window done vs. the plain privacy film I had on the windows before - then showed both.If you are looking for an affordable way to spruce up a room, I highly recommend this as a great starting point!

We wanted privacy but still wanted the day light to come through.This window covering did this so well and dresses up our basement windows.It is a very high end product and was easy to work with.
