If you want to keep your mouth closed and sleep well, I highly recommend these strips. I tried the small package first to see how I would like them and now I am totally satisfied. They do not leave a sticky residue when you remove them. They fit perfectly and feel comfortable. It did take care of my reasons for trying them and I plan on using them nightly from now on!

I have tried at least five types brands of mouth tape and I was so surprised when this narrow strip worked better than any of the other ones I've used. I have to wear mouth tape and a BiPAP every night. It's really important that the mouth tape works in this one does.

I liked these strips very much when I ordered the trial pack, so I purchased the 60 pk. The 60 pack did NOT have the split down the middle of the backing for easy removal. I find it very difficult to peel the backing off these strips. While I really like how these strips adhere to my skin and do not have difficulty removing them, I will not be reordering them in the future.

I love these power stripsI am using it to keep my mouth closed when sleeping so I breathe through my nose only, which helps me geta good nights sleep.These strips are very good for this use. They are strong enough to stay on all night, but also gentleenough to remove without any discomfort.I am so glad I found these strips, I love that they are helping me sleep better!

I used a lot of different types of tapes and strips on the market. I'm a CPAP user and finally bought these strips. The adhesive is strong and stays on all night. I've been using these for a few months now and never had one fall off or come loose. I don't think this should be used on sensitive skin (which I don't have). Again, the adhesive is strong. I really like this product and will continue using it going forward. The only CON is that the strip is only 1" wide. If wider would be perfect. I tried most of the 2" tapes including this brand and I don't recommend it for CPAP users. That's me talking and it might work for others.

I read previous reviews before ordering this product. I could sleep fine on my sides, but when I slept on my back, my mouth would open and become very dry. I ordered these in hopes that it would help. They work perfectly. I do have small lips. I hear other people talking about the need for a wider strip, but I did not find that necessary at all. I used the same strip two nights in a row, and although the adhesive was not quite as strong the second night, it stayed on all night and did the job. I am very happy with this product.

I use a CPap device and also a very small appliance to keep from clenching my jaw. A new device has the tendency to leave me with VERY dry mouth, so these tapes have been recommended.I gave it three nights test: not one morning was my mouth any better. In fact, when you awaken and want to encourage saliva production, you need to move your jaw and mouth around, and with the tape, this is not as easy to do.I awoke reddened area around part of my mouth, which lingered for a few hours.And, worst of all, it frankly felt a little scary - a cough brought on a bit of a panic, I canβt open my mouth! But of course, you can rip it off (ouch if not done really carefully) in an emergency, but itβs the concept, not necessarily the product that is at fault.This product, other than irritating my skin, was gentle overall. Soft. Easy to remove slowly, by pulling the edge back on itself as one does with any tape to reduce damage to the area itβs affixed to.I would also challenge the ability to make the claims that they do about health benefits.My pulmonologist just shook his head at the concept.

The tapes (60) are as comfortable as one could expect for taping your lips closed. I now do not use my chin strap to keep my mouth shut which is a blessing for me AND my wife. If you had to open your mouth you can do it, but it has held my lips together now for going on three months (I am using my 2nd box). The material is like a fabric band-aide.It does seem to cost more than I thought, but does a very good job.
