Das Laufrad ist wirklich leise und das auswechselbare Kork war der Kaufanlass. Nun fällt uns auf, daß die Rolle sich langsam nach vorne neigt und unser Hamster beim Laufen immer wieder aus dem Rad herausfällt. Diese Materialschwäche kann gerne nach zwei oder drei Jahren auftauchen, aber nicht nach 2 Monaten Nutzung.Wir warten auf die Stellungnahme des Verkäufers!Nachtrag: Der Verkäufer antwortete, dass das Produkt angeblich nicht mehr verfügbar sei und ich gerne mein Geld zurückerstattet bekomme. Dann könne ich mir das Laufrad woanders neu bestellen. Glatte Lüge, da es das das Laufrad nur bei diesem Verkäufer gibt, er dieses aber mittlerweile für fast 20 Euro Mehr verkauft. Ein echtes Armutszeugnis.

It’s silent , it’s big ( I got the 10” one) , it’s fast - my gerbils had to adjust as they were not used to going this fast with their old wheel and a couple of times they were thrown out of it due to speed. It doesn’t happen anymore, once they got used to it. It’s pretty wide, I had 2 gerbils running together on it ant the same time. Used one of their platforms with this wheel and it doesn’t make any noise when spinning. good quality materials. 10/10.

This is so quiet that my robo can run 10,000 miles on it all night and I don’t even know about it. Comes with a spare cork liner too. Easy for my robo to turn even being a tiny old man now. It is really stable also even not stood on a platform and just buried into deep bedding. I love that the height is adjustable too. Nothing not to live and fully worth the hefty price tag.

Being gerbils, we didn't know how much better this wheel would be than a plastic wheel. It is much more quiet, our owner can't hear it even when we are running full speed. And we mean both of us -- it's large enough to hold two gerbils running at the same time. In the week since our owner put this wheel in our cage, we use it almost exclusively over the old plastic wheel. We nibbled on the cork track a little bit at first, but don't any more. Highly recommend for any cage with gerbils.

My female Syrian hamster loves this! It’s big enough for her to run flat and she’s a pretty big hamster. I had a ‘silent’ wheel before but compared to this it was loud. All you can hear is the faint tap of their feet on the wheel. Not sure how easy it is to clean, she doesn’t use the toilet on it, but they do provide a spare cork insert.

This wheel comes with an extra cork track, for when the present one gets all worn out. I have boughten quite a few of the Niteangel hamster products and have been very happy with the quality of all the items. When buying your hamster an exercise wheel don't go cheap or small. Get the large, an make sure it is made by Niteangel, your hamster will thank-you for it. Oscar enjoys his wheel very much, and he doesn't ask for much. For me keeping him in good health is very important.

I saw all the stars, read all the reviews. Ordered one, and mine sounds like dripping water faucet. I've been up 3 times looking for what faucet is dripping, only finally able to find that it only drips when the hamster is running on this "quiet" wheel. And it also wobbles a little, like someone didn't get the bearing installed correctly.Conundrum, do I send it back? Don't think I can, the hamster has been using it. Do i try to fix it, and risk breaking it; this thing was quite expensive for what it is. Do i live with it? Yes, but I'm going to tell others that it is not worth the hype or the money. I even think the hamster is like, "this thing is noisier then it should be"! I don't know, it looks well built and I like the fact that it's wooden all natural. I think the cork is a great aspect to it, won't soak up anything and gives good traction while hamster running. But that crazy water dripping noise, is that normal?
