I bought these as a gift for my husband. They are a nice quality, and look very good on him. I'd recommend!

These casual linen drawstring shorts are nice for hot weather. The fit is pretty good, just a bit snug in the bum and thigh for more muscular guys. The length is above the knee without being really short and the pockets are great. The drawstring has beads at the ends which give these shorts an extra flair. These shorts are a lightweight, breathable cotton linen and they turn out nicely when washed on gentle and hung to dry.

These are pretty decent shorts, i have a few little qualms... but nothing serious. First off, they fit true to size, so no worries there. I wouldn't call these slim or baggy... they're somewhere inbetween. Unstructured compared to most shorts, but they still look nice enough to wear pretty much anywhere you can wear shorts. The length is great, as they break right above the knee and all of the pockets are functional and deep. The drawstring and elastic waist do a good job of keeping the shorts in place and i like the two little ceramic beads at the ends of the drawstring... a nice touch. The fabric is super thin (not see through) and breathes very well, so it's really comfy for beach days. And that's what these are... beach shorts. I will say the fabric isn't the softest in the world and could stand to have a little more stretch... plus they drape a little weird until you wash them a few times. But aside from that, they're awesome.

Super comfortable and breathable material very good quality fits true to size very nice for summer spring outfits definitely was a good value. Looks great. I recommend these.

These shorts are well made, with good quality material and a si ple and basic design .Nomissues, from this standpoint, especially considering the price.What I don’t like (but this a purely personal opinion) is that these shorts wear too large, especially if compared with the pictures in the product description..Even if I chose the right size, the shorts are too large on the base.Just be aware of this element if you have slim legs…Aside for this element, these shorts are good for the price.

SHORT SUMMARY: I received these through the Vine Program in exchange for my honest review. We needed some "nicer" shorts for a kiddo who is between kid and adult sizes and generally lives in basketball shorts. These are a great pair of cotton/linen/spandex blend shorts with a nice weight, great construction, nice details, a roomy fit, and great useability. I recommend them, especially at $19.99 (at the time of writing). It's quite a deal.DETAILS:Positive:+ Great blend of materials. The canvas-like weave of cotton/linen/spandex feels natural and durable. They are thick enough to have a nice structure without being clingy or flimsy. But they are still comfortable. Like most new cotton/linen, you can tell they will continue getting more comfortable with each wear and wash.+ Solid construction and sewing. All the seams and hems are very well stitched. I found a loose thread end or two in non-critical places, but I expect that with any mass-manufactured clothing item (including those. from pricier retailers). All the seams/stitching are parallel stitches, which is great for durability. The multi-ribbed waistline is nice and tall.+ There are lovely details in addition to the quality stitching. The rope cord (which you may need to use in addition to the elastic waist) is nice and thick but useable. It has four cool-looking, good-quality beads at the ends to add some flair and help keep knots tied.+ Another nice detail is that the box pleats on the cargo pockets have the center fold inside the pocket, which makes for a cleaner, crisper look (and easier ironing if you go that route) while still having functional cargo pockets.+ On the topic of pockets, the hand pockets are nice, deep, and sewn with decent lock-stitching. The pocket lining material is a little thin, but we'll see how durable it is over time.+ These wash and dry easily in machines. My pics are of the shorts out of the dryer and after laying unfolded in a clothes basket for an hour. They look great and wearable as-is and would look even "crisper" with a light ironing.+ The price ($19.99 at the time of writing) is very fair and a good deal for the quality of these shorts.Neutral:o The stretch is a two-way horizontal stretch, but not vertical. So, it's still good for overall mobility, but it's worth noting.o They are on the baggier side. They are not overly baggy or saggy; they are just roomy in the rear and legs. It makes them comfortable. The waist is true to size (we ordered an Adult Small, so it fits kiddo with some room to grow), so I wouldn't suggest sizing down. Just be aware that these aren't fitted shorts.Negative:- The hand pocket liner material seems thin. It's hard to tell without time and wear, however. I've learned that even thinner pocket materials with decent fabrics and good stitching can outlast thick materials with bad stitching. It's not fair to call this a "negative" quiet yet, and it's certainly not a deal-breaker at this price and given the high quality of the rest of the shorts.In summary, I am very happy with these shorts and think I'd be hard-pressed to find anything of comparable quality at this price ($19.99 at the time of writing) at Gap, Old Navy, AE, Target, or other retailers selling kid and adult shorts at around this price. I recommend them!

Took these on our vacation to Maldives. The looked great. I paired them with a mint green linen short sleeve shirt I also got on amazon. They’re very comfortable and breathe well. I’m very happy with them and definitely recommend these shorts.
