We got this set of LED under-car lights for our son for his first car. I helped him install them and it was very straightforward. There are a lot of videos out there that show installation of this kind of light kit, and most of them are pretty bad. If you want it to look good, take your time and find places to route the wires so they don't dangle down under the vehicle or risk getting tangled in moving parts of the car. We routed a lot of the wiring from under the car through the body panels, behind the wheel well liners, and up into the engine bay to keep everything clean. Be sure to have lots of extra zip ties on hand for wire management.Even with lots of pre-cleaning to the mounting surfaces, the adhesive on the backs of the light strips wasn't strong enough to permanently adhere the lights to the underside of the vehicle. The adhesive was good enough to keep them in place so we could secure them with the provided brackets, but the mounting screws needed pre-drilling in almost every location. That made installation take a lot longer, but I'm a lot more confident the light strips will stay in place. As for the lights themselves, they're super bright! They're somewhat visible during the day, but really pop at night. Even with the receiver module mounted under the hood at the firewall, the remote functions just fine from inside the vehicle. Because we mounded the receiver in the engine bay, the music-syncing function only works while the engine is off. Otherwise, the sound and vibration of the engine is too strong and drowns out any music that might be picked up by the module. With the engine off, the music from the stereo really puts on a show!

Están increíbles, los materiales los mejores con los que he trabajado, las intensidades de luz son buenas y se ve el color parejo, los cables me quedaron cortos pero me las ingenie espero poder adquirir una extensión para la parte de enfrente. Saludos

Installed these on a 2018 Toyota Tundra with an ARE camper shell.Pros:These lights are plenty bright to light up the bed of a truck. No need for a front or rear strip. Just the side strips are plenty. The adhesive they come with seems to be plenty strong. Was doubtful they would stick to the carpet but they seem to be doing fine. Time will tell. Wiring process is pretty straight forward. There’s plenty of extra cable attached to the lights themselves to reach wherever you place the splitter. Seem to be pretty durable. Lights are encased and seem weather resistant. They come with mounting tabs which could be useful if the adhesive isn’t enough. Can’t use when installing on shell tho as it would screw through roof.Cons/Heads Ups:The supplied butt connectors are cheap. If you are using an extension I would purchase heat shrink weather resistant butt splices. The extension wire they supply you with isn’t very long. Maybe 6 feet. For my application I had to run power from the battery so a much much longer extension was needed. The negative is plenty long to reach a ground. They also do not supply any ring splices to connect to battery terminal. The power switch does not have any holes for mounting screws or adhesive attached.Overall these are great lights and are well worth the money. The cons listed aren’t really cons as much as they are a heads up to those wanting to install yourself. I’m a heavy equipment tech so I had everything I needed readily available. Just buy an assorted splice kit, ~50ft~ of wire, electrical tape, and maybe some loom if you’re OCD lol. But I would say any novice DIY’er can do it!

I bought these as a gift for my husband since he doesn’t have a cargo light on his truck. He really likes them!! They’re bright and he wired them in with the park lights so even better. Picture doesn’t do brightness justice but so handy to have! Affordable in my opinion and easy to install.

Edit: I purchased the set of 2 LED light strips to install inside my camper shell on my pickup bed (the lights are overhead). They are SUPER BRIGHT! One light would have been more than bright enough for a pickup with a camper shell (cap) when installed overhead. Wish I'd saved the money and only purchased one strip, but I'm still very pleased with this. They're new, so we'll see how long they last. These lights were very easy to install. I'm a woman and have never added lights to a pickup bed, but this was very straightforward for my teenage son and me. With a camper shell on the pickup bed, it's hard to see without additional lights. This set of two strips is very bright and works perfectly. The extension wire that comes with the set is very thin, and not very long (I think only about six feet or two meters). Would probably work if it were going to be all inside the bed under the camper shell and connected to other lights already in the shell or bed. But my truck doesn't have any other lights installed, so we had to run this under the truck and connect it directly to the battery. I purchased a spool of wire for this. This set also includes a fuse in a fuse holder that is already installed in the wiring for the on/off switch. The extension wire goes from there to the battery or power source. We used 14 ga wire. Probably heavier than needed, but it works. The setup for the lights isn't complicated at all. The adhesive on the back of the lights is strong, but we also used the included brackets to hold them firmly to the camper shell. I purchased another set of three lights exactly like these that we will install in an enclosed cargo trailer using a separate battery inside the trailer. These lights work perfectly and are set a great price. They appear well-made and durable. I considered a set from another company sold for around $10, but they looked so flimsy -- little more than a strip of tape with tiny LED lights attached. I'm happy with the purchase.
