A great addition to any car's emergency kit. Let's others know that you're out there on the side of the road, or use it as a marker to show the way.

Sent as a gift for adult kids that live in the Midwest and are driving in the snow, sleet and blizzards regularly. They were happy with the purchase and haven’t had to use it yet but I feel better knowing that they have it!

This is a well-made set that will serve its purpose well. The magnetic base seems solid for holding the electronic flares. The flares themselves are bright and have different modes depending upon your needs. They come with batteries and operate straight out of the box. They are of a good size making them easily seen yet also easily stored in their case in the trunk of the car.

I have a 1949 truck without emergency flashers. These things are very small and they work great.

Good to have for an emergency due to a flat or other car issues. Compact and easy to store in the trunk. Easy to set up when needed.

One of the batteries that came with it had begun to leak despite not being used. Battery was tested & had good charge so leakage was from poor construction. Several reviews have expressed negative feedback due to the batteries being dead when it was needed because, by it's nature, it necessitates being left in the car & being exposed to thermal extremes. I swaped out the included batteries for Eveready Ultimate Lithium. Granted the Li batteries ended up costing more than the units themselves but we've had outstanding experiences with Eveready Li batteries in emergency car flashlights over the decades & I highly recommend doing this even if using another brand. As far as the units themselves, IMO they are worth the money. They are only about 7in tall & not 12in on the base contrary to the description. The strobe should be sufficienctly bright at night & they are easy to set up & use. The included case serves well to functionally protect the units. I tried to get them to turn on inside the case but could not, so hopefully those who did have this occur to them are isolated incidences.
