These are great lights with simple install. However, if you plan on hard wiring these into a siren/light controller, it will not work. This was the last light I added to my set up, I wired all the other lights the same way (cut off the outlet plug and hard wire) but this one will not let you do that. You have to wire it through. 12volt outlet. Not horrible, just something to know

Update they sent me two 6ft extension cables and they were easy to work with response was fast and will definitely be buying more of their productsOnly putting to stars because it won't reach the tailgate of 4 door short bed 2019 ram 2500 they need to add an extension to go along with it so you can atleast run nice and neatly at least 10 or 15 foot extensionOther then that it's a nice product

I really liked the brightness and pattern selection of this LED strip. It adhered well to the body under the tailgate and I was able to reposition it to get the placement right. I would have given it five stars but for the fact that the wiring was not long enough to connect to the upfitter switch box under the hood. They need to add about a meter to the length or at least make an extension available.UPDATE After the above review the seller contacted me and sent an extension cord at no charge that arrived in days and resolved my problem. Great customer service and I highly recommend this seller and product. Five stars now!
