Exact replacement. Fit perfectly. My 2012 Tahoe drivers door window regulator was getting very slow to the point I had to help push the window up to get it to close. This part was an exact match to the original, so no issues getting it in. Was a small pain getting the door apart, but once in there the job was straightforward. Did it in less than 2 hours. Now it works as good as when the truck was new.
